Je suis membre du Diamond Hilton Honors. Sur un voyage de loisir récent Amtrak, j'ai décidé de visiter Winter Haven, et j'ai choisi cette propriété car elle semblait relativement proche de la station et près de nombreux restaurants de chaîne. La marche entre la gare et l'hôtel semblait un peu dangereuse, car il n'y a pas de marche latérale sur la route à l'ouest des États-Unis 17. J'ai donc appelé Uber, et une courte course m'a amené à cet hôtel. La chambre était très confortable et très confortable. La zone est un quartier commercial occupé et, en tant que telle, il y a eu beaucoup de trafic qui rende difficile de traverser la rue quand je vais à mon lieu de dîner de choix. Le petit déjeuner était bon et il m'a envoyé jusqu'à ce que mon prochain repas retourne sur le train Amtrak plus tard. La construction de la construction de tronçons à Cypress Gardens Blvd. & US 17, et toutes les marches latérales et les croisières étaient techniquement fermées, n'a pas été le plus grand problème. Le service de la voiture est très bien, mais il est très bien, très bien.

My husband and I were UNLUCKY enough to have lived at the Winter Haven Gardens for 3 months. The staff there are ignorant and DO NOT KNOW HOW TO TREAT A GUEST. We were very disappointed in the front desk employees down to the maid service. The management (if you can call them that) have a long way to go and more to learn just to bring them up to be polite and helpful. If any of the management there worked for me, well let's just say they would never work for me. But your management is only as good as the owner and his willingness to pay for good help. Your management should set the pace and the atmosphere of the hotel. The management, especially the head of the maid service and dining room, is the worst of all of them. She gets into everyone's business, even the guests. They never had.any clean towels or clean linen. I ended up buying my own. The washers and dryers there are filthy and leak water. Most of the washers take your $2.50, and the machine never turns on. It was hit or miss with the dryers too. And don't think you're going to get a quarterback when you lose it, because the front office will tell that the sign says that you wash at your own risk. I thought that sign meant that if your laundry was stolen, they were not going to be responsible. But I guess that's a sign with many meanings!! The room was nice and I kept it clean. I did a much better job than the maids did. But if I were getting paid the money that they are getting paid to do that job and work for nasty people, then I would not care about the job that I did either. There are too many dogs there. The room had a wet dog smell about it when we first got there. And our No Smoking Room smelled like they hadn't taken the curtains down to wash since the day they were hung. The bedspread smelled like smoke too. There was trash in the breezeway and on the weekends, the team would pile up outside of the overstuffed trash cans all around the property. The management Do Not Know was ice was. You can not get a piece of ice anywhere in that hotel. They have several ice machines in the breezeways, but not one of them works, kind of like the washing machines there. This is a terrible place to go and stay. Their prices are high and the quality thereof everything is low. If you want to go to a decent hotel, then go next door to the Howard Johnsons Hotel. At least they are still run by Americans......

We got there around 11pm on a Friday. It was loud and smelled awful outside the hotel. We went inside and it was dirty, but we were so tired we decided to deal with that in the morning. Then as we laid down, a roach scurried across our 2-year-old’s pillow. We quickly packed up after seeing the many roaches in the room, not to mention the layer of dirt and hair in the shower. My husband went to the front to let the clerk know about the room and ask for a refund, to which he replied “I wouldn’t stay here either” and refunded the money without a second thought. We left and drove to a hotel 30 minutes away. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DISGUSTING HOTEL. Spend a little more to avoid it.

The check-in and front desk guy was very nice and smooth. The room wasn't really good but we were ok like that until the night came and we went to sleep. The room started having a bad smell and we couldn't sleep at all because of that. Early morning we went to the bathroom and we saw 2 roaches around the toilet. Then, we also noticed the toilet wasn't attached well to the floor and when we used the toilet was moving to the size, lining creating a gap between the floor and toilet. I went to the front desk to tell the lady, who was there, about the issues and she told me someone would fix it before our return. So, before we left the room, I stopped again to confirm everything was clear and the owner was next to hear listening to me and she confirmed again everything. I told her they would have all day to make these corrections from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Guess what! We came back around 6:00 pm and the room was exactly the same as we left it. even the roaches were on the floor killed by us. Not even new towels, or cleaning or nothing was done and the same smell and roaches. So, I went back to the front desk and this time was a guy and who told me he would have to call the owner (the same person who knew about this). So, they sent a man who did not know English (we don't care if they know what to do) with a gallon of roach killer from Home Depot to spray while we were there including my 6-year-old son. I asked him about the toilet issue and he did not know anything about it. Finally, they offered us to move to room #106 and which was a little bit better but still had some smell. It was horrible experience especially for that price.

Le prix ne peut pas le battre! C'est un motel d'histoire plus ancien avec toutes les chambres ouvertes à l'extérieur. Pas de petit déjeuner disponible, mais il semble avoir du café le matin. Le bureau frontal et le personnel de la maison étaient très aimables! *Note* La maison commence à ses tours tôt (8h) ! Mon chambre était énorme, même avec un lit roi. Vous pouvez facilement adapter une reine à laisser une madrague sur le sol. La chambre était propre mais vous pouviez utiliser un peu de nettoyage détaillé/dépêche dans les zones les plus difficiles à nettoyer. Le lit était médiocre dans le confort - pas aussi dur que le sol, mais pas aussi doux. Les pièges étaient plat et loupé. Cependant, j'ai dormi très bien toutes les 4 nuits. La télévision par câble est fournie. La douche est grande - spacieuse avec super eau chaude très rapidement. Le shampooing et la lotion sent bon. L'ensemble du sol de la chambre est une aile. La chaise de bureau était surprenantment confortable! Je l'achèterais pour la maison si je savais où ils l'ont trouvé. Le mini-frigo fonctionnait très bien! Mon petit bouteille d'eau se congelait juste un peu. Une micro-ondes est également fournie dans la chambre. Il est une zone tranquille (sauf si un véhicule diesel est garé près et commence avant que vous ne soyez réveillés). Race Trac est à une distance de marche pour les snacks, le déjeuner, et la crème glacée. Je resterai ici encore. Comme le titre indique, il est une grande valeur pour la zone. Si vous êtes «picky» ou si vous attendez la perfection, ce n'est pas le motel pour vous.

The front desk staff was welcoming and helpful. The lobby and the rooms were very clean and had a modern feel to them. The rooms were also spacious with a large bathroom and walk in shower. The continental breakfast hours fit my needs and had a great variety.

Très propre séjour à l'hôtel. Le bureau frontal est si utile et considérable. Les enfants mangent gratuitement dans le restaurant sur le site. Nous séjournons pour la convenance d'être proche de Legoland. De nombreux restaurants et achats différents sur la même rue que l'hôtel. Notre hôtel avec des passes annuelles à legoland

La chambre est très propre, laissant la fourniture quotidienne d'eau glacée et de bouillons 🍊
