As a mother of a little one, we take cleaning seriously! Several key things: 1. We clean with commercial grade cleaners approved by the EPA 2. The entire unit is sprayed with Microban between guests. 3. We have decided not to allow back-to-back check ins giving at least 24 hours between guests. 4. Our entire building is keyless entry! (You can use your own phone to open the door so no touching key pads) 5. We are also providing a new extremely flexible cancellation policy . Now....about the condo! Be one of the first to stay in this newly constructed beautiful mountain modern condo. Top floor unit provides exceptional views of Winter Park from every window! Located in the stylish Hideaway Station (Terminal East). Situated just steps off of Main Street Winter Park with easy access to free shuttle buses to the slopes, bike trails that start right outside of the property, easy strolls to restaurants and more. This condo has all the amenities one needs for an amazing, and relaxing, vacation. With views of the slopes from all the windows, you get to wake up and and fall asleep dreaming of fresh tracks! Enjoy a cup of cocoa, glass of wine or Colorado craft beer from your private balcony. And when its time to relax, there is a HUGE 30 person hot tub in the building. Just take the elevator down to the first level (hot tub is located in our building!). Park your car in the HEATED underground parking garage and take the ELEVATOR to your unit! The complex is extremely Biker and Dog friendly. There is an indoor Bike and Dog wash station! And, there is indoor bike storage to lock up your bike securely that is equipped with air compressors pumps for your tires. The location is also perfect for music lovers...only a five minute stroll to the outdoor music venue for all the festivals!! Restaurants are located just steps from your condo, so just wander out and enjoy the wonderful Winter Park nightlife. The condo is furnished with top of the line amenities to sleep 6-10 people, from a beautiful gourmet kitchen, to lux linens and top of the line shower/bath room amenities that you would expect from a five star hotel! We've taken care to put the top of the line technology into the unit as well. With several large screen TVs and music/video streaming throughout the unit. When its time to relax, there is a HUGE 30 person hot tub in the building. Just take the elevator down to the first level (hot tub is located in our building!). ROOM OVERVIEWS 1. MASTER BEDROOM: with at 55" OLED TV allows you to stream movies/shows while you fall asleep in the luxurious king size bed. An ensuite bathroom with double vanities, shower, hairdryer, top of the line bathroom amenities and much more! 2. SECOND BEDROOM: features adult queen over queen bunkbeds. (What are 'adult bunkbeds' you ask, they feature an actual staircase vs. a ladder to reach the top bunk) so they are extremely sturdy. If you want more room, it also has queen trundle bed. A full size closet and dresser allow you to unpack and relax. 4. GOURMET KITCHEN: With quartz counters, stainless steel appliances, gas range and custom cabinets is outfitted with professional cookware, flatware, professional knife set, dishes and appliances. 3. DINING ROOM: a beautiful Pottery Barn dining room table, benches and chairs. Amazon Alexa devices are installed throughout the property for music streaming. Table seats 8 with and additional 3 more seats at the kitchen bar. 4. LIVING ROOM: plays host to more spectacular views of the slopes! Or cozy up for a movie on the 65" OLED screen TV. A Restoration Hardware couch with a KING size sleeper provides even more sleeping room. 5. A private balcony with those stunning slope side views has a gas grill, perfect for those nights you decide to stay in vs. taking in some of the amazing Winter Park restaurants Washer and dryer in the unit!
