Lokasinya ok banget dekat kemana mana, historical building yang banyak sejarahnya.. tetapi tv tidak bisa dinyalakan dan watercloset tdk bisa di flush

Hotel nya strategis, breakfast lumayan enak cuma bangunan memang sudah tua ya tapi yang penting bersih

Nous avons passé une nuit au Kresna hotel de Wonosobo pour 600 000 IDR avec petit déjeuner. L'emplacement est très sympa pour visiter le plateau de Dieng (lors de notre séjour précédent), ou faire l'ascension du Sindoro ou du Sumbing comme nous avons prévu de le faire cette année. Le centre de Wonosobo est à proximité, pratique pour aller manger en ville. La chambre était sympa mais moins que celle de l'année dernière, il y a très peu de prises électriques, ce qui est peu pratique, et elle méritait un petit rafraichissement. Le petit déjeuner buffet est correct sans être exceptionnel. En mai, la climatisation n'est pas obligatoire, il fait frais, nous sommes en altitude.

Cela nous faisait un peu peur au vu des avis sur internet, et au final on l'a trouvé très bien cet hôtel! Situé dans un bâtiment colonial gigantesque, il propose de grands espaces dont j'aime beaucoup la décoration. Certes, il y aurait quelques rafraîchissements à faire, mais on a beaucoup aimé le cadre. Nous avions une chambre donnant directement sur la piscine, mais nous ne l'avons pas utilisée. Nous n'avons pas mangé sur place mais au Food Court situé en ville. Le petit déjeuner buffet était bruyant mais plutôt bon

Les bâtiments sont beaux, anciens et dans leur jus. Des avis de 2016, le disent déjà. Il n y a pas eu d'entretien. Les chambres sont très grandes mais sales, la poubelle était moisie, il y a de la poussière partout. Les draps de lit sont tâchés. L'eau de la piscine est trouble. C'est un peu glauque. Le personnel est très gentil, serviable et agréable. Mille mercis. Dommage pour lui qu'il ne puisse pas travailler avec un meilleur objet. Il faudrait réinvestir dans cet hôtel, plutôt que de faire le minimum pour essayer de la maintenir mais mal. Dommage.

This hotel location is Prima. however this hotel start to deteriorate, the hotel daesn"t even manage the garden well. the furniture in the room are old and not in good condition. Bathroom - water stain and rusty on the water pipe. The restaurant building is still in good condition. the roof is molding. the hotel needs total renovation.

Check the pillows!!! These were very dirty. Unacceptable anno 2023!!!! The bathroom was very dirty too. There is a lack of maintenance. The room next to ours was very noisy. The staff was nice but they can’t really be of any help. Simply not their fault.

I recently stayed at Kresna Gallery in Wonosobo, and unfortunately, I had a very negative experience. Despite booking a Deluxe Room, the hotel was in a very poor condition. As the staff was very welcoming the cleanliness of the room was lacking. It was evident that proper cleaning had not taken place prior to our arrival. The floors were dirty, and there was visible stain on various surfaces. This was quite disappointing, especially considering the higher category room we had chosen. Furthermore, the state of the bathroom was alarming. It was completely covered in mold. The presence of mold not only indicates poor maintenance but also poses health risks for guests. This level of negligence was unacceptable and greatly affected our overall experience. Additionally, the condition of the pool was also subpar. It seemed as though maintenance was lacking, as the pool appeared dirty and not well-taken care of. This was disappointing, as one of the reasons for choosing this hotel was to enjoy the pool facilities. Overall, Kresna Gallery in Wonosobo is in dire need of renovation and refurbishment. The poor condition of the rooms, the moldy bathroom, and the neglected pool greatly impacted the quality of our stay. I hope that the hotel management takes these concerns seriously and takes immediate action to improve the overall experience for future guests as there are

We stayed one night at Kresna Palace at Wonosobo, a perfect hub to visit the closeby Dieng Plateau. The common areas of the hotel are decorated with antique colonial furniture which goes back to the dutch era. The hotel is built around courtyards, all but the one with the pool being green lush oases. Our roo was nicelyy decorated, the bed comfortable and the sanitary equipment clean and functional. We had a tasty not too spicy indonesian dinner and the breakfast buffet is rich with quite some indonesian dishes. All in all we passed a good stay, yet we could not understand the negative critiques posted by several customers.

We booked two nights here to have a good strategic place to visit the Dieng Plateau. The hotel has seen it’s good days years ago! The rooms are old, need renovation and are partly dirty. The sink faucet was mold surrounded, the walls dirty and just very old. The towels where dirty with spots on them and rippled edges. The bedding consisted of a blanked, scratchy and most probably not cleaned after use and sheets, partley holes and spots on them. The pool was empty of water. Breakfast was very disappointing, so much fruit and veggies are grown here and the fruit consisted of a few sad looking pieces of melon. No fruitjuice, just a huge canister with water! The hallways to rooms are black spotted and look disgusting!
