Hôtels proches de Siegfriedbrunnen, Worms

Positif : une belle chambre avec une salle de bain super propre, un petit ventilateur dans la chambre à températures d'été, un ascenseur et deux sorties (une avec escaliers, une étage) négatif, j'ai remarqué : Dans une pièce, le tapis de la paroi s'est dissous et l'une des fenêtres n'a pas été fermée correctement. Je n'ai pas été heureux avec le service, je trouve impossible qu'un employé d'une réception d'hôtel au milieu de l'Allemagne ne puisse pas être un peu allemand ou un peu anglais! Ma chambre téléphonique n'était pas réservée, j'ai eu une autre chance. Les clients devant moi devraient payer lors de l'enregistrement, bien qu'ils aient déjà payé avec une carte de crédit lors de la réservation en ligne, mais ils n'ont pas pu le faire au récepteur, en raison de leur manque de connaissances linguistiques, et ont donc payé une fois de plus avec l'annonce : En conclusion, la situation au centre de la ville dans la zone piétonne, un saut de chat à la dom, est compensée pour beaucoup!

This was a last minute booking owing to a campsite not existing; it's easier to find a local hotel than a nearby campsite which could be miles away! We used *********** to locate a nearby hotel and this was not only the nearest but also the cheapest, possibly owing to it being a last minute booking. We had only one problem and that was getting into the place because it's not staffed all the time and it was Sunday early evening. There was a clear message advising us to ring a number which we did twice but there was no answer. Fortunately some other guests came out of the hotel at this moment and they tried ringing the number and got through. Problem solved and so began a very pleasant stay after this initial hiccup. The room, although hot, was provided with a very adequate fan; it was basic but clean and modern. The bathroom was the same. We had a good night in the very comfortable bed. Breakfast the next morning - included in the price - was the highlight. Everything you could possibly want was available and there was plenty of it. The manager was present and he was most helpful. We explained the issues we had had getting in the previous evening and he apologised saying that the receptionist at the hotel we called must have been temporarily away from his post. We also had problems getting items out of the machine in the foyer and he explained that heat can cause this machine not to work, so he gave us a couple of items free from it as compensation. Altogether, despite minor setbacks, we would recommend this hotel.

Je ne serais pas d'abord au Best Western Hotel Mannheim City, et je suis très satisfait de la propreté des chambres de l'hôtel, et surtout du personnel à la réception, tout le monde est sympathique et serviable, je ne peux que recommander cet hôtel, au revoir jusqu'à la prochaine visite.

This was a real surprise, we booked last minute a good price. The staff were 1st class smiley and efficient. The room modern and clean. The breakfast was outstanding. Plenty of vegetarian choices but ham on the bone and whole salmon for the meat eaters. We got a tram from the station which took 5 minutes.

First off, understand that Ludwigshafen is not a happening place. I was here for business, for which I feel the place would be adequate for a day or two stay, but not the week I was here. I titled this as ”try hard”, as that's what I hear my kids call someone who is tries hard and fails, which I feel fits since the hotel tries really hard to be modern and hip. Moxy is Marriot's new brand aimed at the youth and the copies board games, lockers, random graffiti and whatnot scattered around the lobby would imply they are going that way. Considering most of the time it was filled with old businessmen like me would say they might want to consider having this in a more appropriate location. Moxy Lu is a very spartan hotel. No restaurant to speak of - on Sunday I asked if they had any lunch offerings as nothing is around there and they told me their one and only oven, used to cook breakfast, was broken and wouldn't be working for at least a few hours. There is a very solid Italian restaurant next door but you don't want to eat that every day. There's also right now a Christmas market nearby but the opening timing for it is very variable. It's also next to the Rhine mall but understand that German business hours are earlier than American so it closes early and is closed entirely on Sunday. Rooms are clearly advertised as capsule types and they are very reminiscent of Japanese capsule rooms - a bed, bathroom, a chair, and that's it. A hook on the wall and 4 hangers is all your clothes storage, a 6 inch wide, 2 foot long glass panel sticking out from the wall is your ”desk”, and that's it. No safe, no shelves, no coffee machine, nothing. Definitely not where I wanted to spend a week, but that's not their fault. The hotel is very new and is very clean overall. Also a plus that it is very quiet. I've been in hotels where I could literally hear the person walking around next door. All that said, why 3 stars? Well, as clean as it was, there was a long black hair at eye level in the shower when I first stepped in. As I'm folically challenged, I'm certain it wasn't mine. Secondly, one of the elevators broke multiple times while I was there, once trapping a person in there for 15 minutes while I was in the lobby. He eventually tumbled out, angry, scared, and half-clothed (took off some clothes as he was feeling very hot). Said elevator was not flagged as being out of order for at least an hour after as I was in and out. Eventually it was. It had an out of order sign still on it on my second day despite being in use...assumed this was an error before the guy got caught in front of me. Not good management of an issue, I feel.

L'emplacement est pratique, à environ 15 minutes à pied de la gare de Mannheim. Si vous avez peu de bagages, vous pouvez simplement y aller à pied. Si vous avez beaucoup de bagages, je vous recommande de prendre un taxi car vous devez traverser beaucoup de routes. . Le hall de l'hôtel n'est pas grand, l'enregistrement est rapide, la réception est très polie, les chambres sont équipées des installations hôtelières allemandes normales et la sélection de petit-déjeuner est moyenne. Dans l'ensemble, c'est pas mal

Grande maison dans une bonne position. Le personnel est très aimable et préventif. La chambre au troisième étage était confortable, le maillot était bellement fermé. Les cuisses de tête ne sont pas si belles mais il y en a assez pour vous rendre confortable. WiFi haut. La salle de bains est spacieuse avec douche à bains. C'était tout ça. Le petit déjeuner était bon. Malheureusement, le bouchon du tétrapack - mais il est probablement maintenant standard. Les œufs cuits étaient parfaits à l'heure. Le fromage et le sauce sont découpables. Le riz laitier chaud avec des fruits était particulièrement délicieux et surprenant.

L'hôtel est propre et moderne, un grand petit déjeuner pour commencer votre journée et surtout il est à 5 minutes à pied de la gare principale de Mannheim et à 2 minutes à pied de la gare de tram vers le quartier commercial de Mannheim. Le personnel de la frontière était accueillant et courtois, merci de faire de mon séjour merveilleux.
