Autour de la réception, pas de salle de bain pour les clients pendant ce temps, vous devez attendre votre chambre. Vous pouvez laisser vos bagages à la réception dans une pièce fermée mais vous ne recevrez aucun numéro ou quelque chose qui puisse prouver que vous avez les bagages là-bas.

Le centre-ville est situé à 10 minutes à pied, vous y êtes. L'hôtel est agréable, avec un bon spa et la chambre est très confortable. Amoureux du gel de douche Lalique et du shampooing. Le personnel est sympa, le bienvenu est un plus, le petit déjeuner est bon.

Complément, à la réception pendant des heures, chambres seulement à la nuit, pas de parking dans le parking disponible pour les clients (utilisé comme parking public). Donc, quiconque souhaite rester ici à Noël devrait chercher un hôtel plus calme. 30€ plus vaut la peine de tout. Désolé, les chambres sont propres et ordonnées et le personnel essaie certainement de leur mieux. Ps. Qui réserve Trip.com doit s'assurer que les réglages de réservation ne changent pas lors de la réservation. Le prix change et vous êtes là sans petit déjeuner. Après deux tentatives, nous avons décidé de réserver le petit déjeuner sur place, le prix était toujours acceptable.

Hotel 5 of 6 on my eurotrip The welcome at reception was average at best, nothing really wrong but nothing special either. The biggest issue I had with this hotel and what seems to be a common occurrence with a lot of hotels these days is the lack of servicing rooms for the duration of your stay for ”the environments sake”. I'm sorry but I'd rent an apartment if I wanted to have to make up my own bed and deal with my rubbish everyday. Part of the whole hotel experience is having fresh towels and your bed made up, you shouldn't need to ask at reception if you require it. The room itself was fine. I stayed in a superior room on the 6th floor which had a lovely balcony which was not accessible but I could look out at it and admire it. The room had all the basics plus a trouser press, iron, safe tea coffee etc and a fridge with water which you can replenish yourself at reception. Bathroom was nice with a bath and separate powerful shower plus a timed heater. Breakfast was tasty and to be honest the choice was excellent and the staff worked hard to welcome guests and keep everything in order at the same time. Location wise it's not bad, a decent walk from Wroclaw glowny and the same again to Rynek. I had dinner one night in ”Stockholm” and the chicken salad was great but the ribeye was seriously fatty and not good. There really isn't any other options around the area for late night eats except for kebabs so I think the hotel is really missing a trick here by not staying open later and having more variety on the menu. Overall it was fine but the lack of servicing the rooms means it shouldn't class itself as a hotel anymore but more of an aparthotel with benefits. And yes the building work that was mentioned in previous reviews is still going on!

Nous avons réservé trois chambres ici par un site de réservation pour un prix sans remboursement, sans changement de contrat. C'était une excellente valeur pour de l'argent. Puis, l'un des groupes voulait changer la date. Nous avons traité directement l'hôtel et il n'y avait aucun problème. Les chambres étaient chaudes, confortables et calmes. Vérifiez l'entrée efficace et amicale. Nous n'avons pas eu le petit déjeuner. Le parking est à environ 300m. Pour le prix, c'est un excellent endroit pour rester. Je l'aurais certainement choisi de nouveau.

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel et nous étions déçus de repartir. Nous avons passé une semaine en Pologne et nous avons testé plusieurs hôtels ACCOR pour nous cet hôtel était le meilleur hôtel de tous. L'accueil, la propreté de l’hôtel , l'attention à l'hygiène, la beauté et la tranquillité de la chambre , la literie de qualité, le petit déjeuner magnifique où chaque détail est réfléchi et l'emplacement du Novotel ont été des éléments prépondérants et totalement positifs. With myself arriving on a late evening flight in Wroclaw and taking a train at 6am the next morning elsewhere, since I was only going to be in the hotel for a maximum of about 6 hours, all I needed was a shower, bed and sleep and then leave and therefore I chose this hotel as it appeared to tick those boxes at a good rate. When I arrived at around 11pm the person on reception was so-so, not unpleasant but not friendly either. However what struck me was that despite purchasing the rooms from the hotel's own website, I needed to fill in a long form with all my personal details such as name, address, telephone number, email address etc that they should already have had. Also the lights were really low in the reception so it was impossible to read the form easily so I had to use my phone as a light. I arrived in my room and it looked spartan but fine. The bed was a little bit low to the ground but was fine to sleep in. The aircon made a lot of noise without really doing anything and opening the windows wasn't really possible as there was a tram line outside which would have meant a lot of noise pollution. Shower was a very small corner one, the smallest I have ever seen in a hotel. barely room to move in it between the controls and the corner door, let alone shower yourself properly. This might be good for kids but not for adults. Water pressure was okay though. Would I stay again? If the rate was much cheaper than anything else and I simply needed a place to rest for a few hours yes, but if I could find something else in the same price range or needed to stay for anything else than straight to shower and sleep and nothing else, no.

Hotel w dobrej, przyjemnej lokalizacji. Łatwy sposób zameldowania. Spełnia podstawowe oczekiwania. Dobry stosunek jakości do ceny. Na pewno zarezerwuje ponownie w przyszłości.

Lukasz i Ela sa fantastyczni pomocni, zawsze mile mnie obsluguja, bardzo polecam to miejsce !!! Bardzo dobrze czuje się zarówno w pokoju jak i na śniadaniu, przyhazna atmosfera, czesto jestem tu służbowo i ciesze się, że mogę poczuc sie jk w domu!

Je suis un invité fréquent, très aimable et utile, surtout la réception. Les jeunes, toujours souriant. Je remercie sincèrement Mme Kasi pour avoir résolu mon problème et ne pas avoir à faire! Pas magnifique mais confortable, tranquille et propre. Je recommande l'atmosphère. L'hôtel est très amiable.
