Great hotel, just what you need, clean, warm, tidy, comfortable. Location is 5minutes walk from the main squares of the city centre. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Breakfast is of decent quality, and there is also a small snack/drink/beer shop to purchase in reception. Not a bad word to say.

Le centre-ville est situé à 10 minutes à pied, vous y êtes. L'hôtel est agréable, avec un bon spa et la chambre est très confortable. Amoureux du gel de douche Lalique et du shampooing. Le personnel est sympa, le bienvenu est un plus, le petit déjeuner est bon.

Nous avons réservé trois chambres ici par un site de réservation pour un prix sans remboursement, sans changement de contrat. C'était une excellente valeur pour de l'argent. Puis, l'un des groupes voulait changer la date. Nous avons traité directement l'hôtel et il n'y avait aucun problème. Les chambres étaient chaudes, confortables et calmes. Vérifiez l'entrée efficace et amicale. Nous n'avons pas eu le petit déjeuner. Le parking est à environ 300m. Pour le prix, c'est un excellent endroit pour rester. Je l'aurais certainement choisi de nouveau.

Stayed in the hotel which was a good room for the price at the end of a business trip. We were advised by the hotel to park in a certain car park which would cost 70 Polish Zlotty per day. The actual cost was 147 Polish Zlotty per day. After checking out which was seamless, we received a call from the manager saying the TV was broken and would cost £600. He sent a photo of a TV that looked as thpugh it had been dropped from height. Before we could even contest this, the manager had taken £880 from an account without authorisation and he has now blocked our number so we can't even engage. Also billed for 2 days as it takes 2 days to fit a new TV and that came to £280. Yet its £72 per night for that room. Stay elsewhere.

Il a laissé un goût aigu! Aimes · Il s'agit d'un beau bâtiment qui a été magnifiquement restauré. La situation est bonne et la zone est calme. On a reçu une liste imprimée longue des règles du lieu. .....no parties dans la chambre etc. c'était un premier pour nous et très hors d'usage! Dikul n'est pas un hôtel! Il n'y a pas de service de chambre, pas de serviettes fraîches, pas de maintenance des niveaux de soap etc. pas de nettoyage de chambre. Le petit déjeuner est disponible pour les 4 nuits où nous étions. Nous sommes revenus deux fois le lendemain, mais on a dit que le gestionnaire était en train de le faire. Le jour où nous avons vérifié nous avons été dit que cette personne était en vacances!! Il n'y a toujours pas eu de réponse à mon email!!! Nous ne reviendrions pas à cet hôtel et nous découragerions activement les autres de rester ici!!

With myself arriving on a late evening flight in Wroclaw and taking a train at 6am the next morning elsewhere, since I was only going to be in the hotel for a maximum of about 6 hours, all I needed was a shower, bed and sleep and then leave and therefore I chose this hotel as it appeared to tick those boxes at a good rate. When I arrived at around 11pm the person on reception was so-so, not unpleasant but not friendly either. However what struck me was that despite purchasing the rooms from the hotel's own website, I needed to fill in a long form with all my personal details such as name, address, telephone number, email address etc that they should already have had. Also the lights were really low in the reception so it was impossible to read the form easily so I had to use my phone as a light. I arrived in my room and it looked spartan but fine. The bed was a little bit low to the ground but was fine to sleep in. The aircon made a lot of noise without really doing anything and opening the windows wasn't really possible as there was a tram line outside which would have meant a lot of noise pollution. Shower was a very small corner one, the smallest I have ever seen in a hotel. barely room to move in it between the controls and the corner door, let alone shower yourself properly. This might be good for kids but not for adults. Water pressure was okay though. Would I stay again? If the rate was much cheaper than anything else and I simply needed a place to rest for a few hours yes, but if I could find something else in the same price range or needed to stay for anything else than straight to shower and sleep and nothing else, no.

Le petit déjeuner est très copieux, mais il n'y a pas de nourriture chinoise. Il convient au fromage, au pain, au jambon, aux fruits, au café, au buveur de lait, la chambre est de taille moyenne et le seul hôtel le plus haut se trouve à 2 minutes de l'hôtel. Ce qui est oublié.

Hotel w dobrej, przyjemnej lokalizacji. Łatwy sposób zameldowania. Spełnia podstawowe oczekiwania. Dobry stosunek jakości do ceny. Na pewno zarezerwuje ponownie w przyszłości.

Je suis un invité fréquent, très aimable et utile, surtout la réception. Les jeunes, toujours souriant. Je remercie sincèrement Mme Kasi pour avoir résolu mon problème et ne pas avoir à faire! Pas magnifique mais confortable, tranquille et propre. Je recommande l'atmosphère. L'hôtel est très amiable.

Le restaurant est très bon avec de la bonne à la carte et un excellent service. Sophie qui nous serviait était très aimable et utile. Je reviendrai pour être sûre quand je serai dans la zone la prochaine fois!!! Je peux le recommander à tout le monde.
