Très bel hôtel ! Chambres très propre, récente et grande . Petit déjeuner bien mais pourrait être mieux .

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel—the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and luxurious. What really made my experience special was the excellent service. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist. A big shout-out to the 11th-floor housekeeping team —they were incredibly thoughtful，paying attention to small details that made my stay even better. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again!

Well appointed rooms in an excellent location. Excellent breakfast spread with all the local street specialties. Beef noodle, lotus root soup, dumplings, pot stickers etc.

The stay experience was great! Anna at the front desk was enthusiastic and patient, the service was meticulous and thoughtful, and the questions were responded to quickly. Every employee was professional and considerate, making me feel at home. I highly recommend it!

This hotel has the best breakfast out of all Sheraton hotels. Probably it is the Grand Sheraton.

Check in after midnight, got a free upgrade! Room was clean and huge. Location was great, quiet at night. Service at the hotel was generally good. Check out was fuss free, got back deposit promptly. Will recommend and stay here again in the future.

Aside from the very nice nice rooms and facilities, there are the Friendly and caring staff. They called me ahead before my arrival to ask if I needed anything and preference. I forgot my phone charger and they are nice enough to mail it to my next destination. I will definitely stay ere again. (View from the 31st floor)

This hotel is always the safe choice for staying in Hankou. First, The staff is friendly, especially the front desk staff, one of them is Nico, who helped a lot before staying. I have stayed in this hotel for three times so far. furthermore, the facilities are maintained very well. Location is also a good beneficial point if you want to take taxi to anywhere in Hankou. The only thing could be improved for this time, the quality of the breakfast was not that good comparing to those before. That might be it in the temporary place.

Very clean, very well run hotel. The breakfast was fantastic. Rooms were a bit hot and the AC took a while.

Excellent location in Hankou , very clean rooms with modern amenities. Very nice local food with a big variety. English and tourist orientation for the concierge service should be an improvement for the whole experience.

nice city view tho window glasses are dirty; staffs are professional and friendly; it will be great if we can change room temperature as room temperature was settled in certain degrees. my mum enjoyed the swimming pool and nice breakfast buffet.

Generally the room is cleansed, facilities are there, service hospitality let the hotel guests feel great.
