I booked 2 adults arriving at the room has only one quilt i asked for another one they brought me a dirty mattress cover instead of quilt saying that there is no extra quilt at hotel!!! How a big hotel can be fonctionnel like that?!!

酒店環境很好，地理位置不錯就在國博中心對面，出行也很方便，有免費的停車場，房間乾淨衞生，枕頭枕着非常舒服，房間的香薰聞着非常舒服，設施齊全，網絡很給力，酒店工作人員服務很熱情，有什麼問題都能及時解決，還有免費的洗衣房和健身房是自助的，非常的方便，酒店大堂還有一個咖啡廳很實惠，早餐味道也不錯，是自助的種類很多，不錯

這個位置環境可以距離國博中心步行五六分鐘左右，出行方便開車來有地下停車場還是免費的呢，小姐姐辦理入住很流暢離店還送了小禮品不錯，有問題都能及時解決，有安保師傅巡邏住得安心，酒店衞生乾淨住得舒適，服務很好工作人員很熱情，周圍吃的不多但是外賣方便，設施齊全機器人很好

酒店房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，枕頭枕着很舒服，房間香薰聞着也很舒適，周邊環境不錯，就在國博中心對面，出行方便還有免費的停車場，服務態度很好，辦理入住很流暢，還給免費升級了房型，退房還送了小禮物，大廳還有個咖啡廳味道不錯，酒店還有免費的洗衣房和健身房，很方便！

在這家酒店住宿期間，我深深感受到了高品質的服務和出色的設施。酒店的設計非常現代舒適，讓我覺得非常放鬆。餐廳的食物非常美味，餐廳空間很大也不會覺得很擠 此外周圍雖然在施工但是辦理入住的工作人員很貼心的安排的理施工遠的房間讓我能夠很好地休息。床墊很舒適我肯定會再住這家酒店。
