Very convenient location to the metro and all transport. Helpful staff and good amenities. The experienced front desk staff were only too happy to provide us with a certificate of occupation. Our stay was easy and pleasant.

這個位置離黃鶴樓不遠 附近有兩個地鐵站 步行可以去東門遊客中心 前台小姐姐們都很熱情 入住送了小禮物 房間隔音很好沒聽到什麼噪音 健身房也不錯 樓下有蔡林記不想走遠吃個早餐很方便 而且糧道街的外賣到得特別快～

設施老舊，吧枱有污漬，早餐也差，難吃。昨天玩到20點回酒店，我朋友還説我是不是調到暖氣了，温度26度。打電話前台卻説有客人怕冷，所以恆温26度，這幾天武漢超熱的，請問哪個***覺得冷。壞就壞，還不承認，後面要求送了風扇。圖1是今天退房早上拍的。床鋪也是兩個單人床，一邊都是塌陷的。隔音差，個別客人再走廊大聲喧嘩。去哪兒都要打車，就黃鶴樓打車近點，其他半小時以上，不推薦。

來這邊旅遊，選這家酒店是我做過最正確的決定。位置好到沒話説，黃鶴樓、糧道街就在附近，一天就能把這兩個熱門景點逛完，還能隨時回酒店休息。而且周邊美食超多，每天換着花樣吃都不重樣。前台服務更是沒得説，我不小心落下東西，工作人員發現後第一時間聯繫我，還幫忙寄回，真的太負責了，必須安利給大家！

酒店兩個方向步行10分鐘左右都有地鐵站7號線和2號線，去黃鶴樓網紅打卡牆和曇華林打車不到15分鐘。地段方便，3號到的武漢，下了一整天的雨，計劃的行程基本泡湯，由於沒帶傘，就在大堂等雨下小，前台看到我不僅禮貌倒了熱飲還借了雨傘給我，告知我附近的美食跟好玩的地方，我相信一家有這樣服務温度的酒店一定能越做越好，下次來武漢還會選擇入住！

住過最滿意的酒店之一！房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒適，睡了一晚睡得很好、很沉，也不吵，隔音效果還算可以。設施齊全，健身房洗衣房都有，也很方便，早餐種類豐富，尤其是牛肉麪，可以無限續麪，味道也很不錯。前台辦理入住快速，還貼心推薦周邊景點，下次旅行還選這兒。
