Great hotel, centraly located, very nice clean rooms, complimentary coffee tea in the room, friendly helpful employees.
Only anoying experience is, that the check in procedures takes soo long, compared to other institutions. About 10 Minutes. It has been the second time I have booked this hotel through Trip.com and check-in takes ages. My observation what took so long were following:
-Finding my booking in the system, though I have a booking code for both the hotel and Trip.com
- Registering your ID/Personal info, where 90% is already provided through the booking procedures on Trip.com
- Registering partner guest, asking for their ID, Name, address, etc... In other Hotels/ Guesthouses)Hostels) the ID and Info of thr booking / paying guest is sufficiant
- Re-filling your info manually in a hotel policy agreement sheet (3rd time asking for one's information in the process Booking, Check-in Arrival, Hotel Policy rules Agreement)
- Getting ask the question if we have booked with or without breakfast. It's written in the booking and cinfirmation note.
Any immigration boarder crossing at airports and land entry even during Covid time is faster
Please optimize this process for a better guest experience and all is excellent!

Alles top wie immer! Klimatisiertes, sauberes Zimmer, gute Betten, geräumiges Bad mit begehbarer Dusche, sehr freundliches, kompetentes Personal. Das Frühstück hat alles, was man braucht und ist mit 16,90€ ok. Auch hier nette Mitarbeiter.

Het hotel heeft een parkeergarage maar let goed op de navigatie want anders mis je de ingang van deze garage mede door de eenrichtingsstraten in deze stad. We mochten vroeger inchecken omdat de kamer al gereed was. De kamer was niet al te groot maar wel netjes en voorzien van een waterkoker, twee comfortabele bedden, airco en voldoende stopcontacten. Er was geen minibar op de kamer. De badkamer was ruim, schoon en voorzien van een inloopdouche. De bar was niet heel erg druk, maar het happy hour maakte veel goed. Het ontbijt was prima en ook goed verzorgd. De medewerkers waren vriendelijk. Het hotel ligt op loopafstand van het centrum en van een station van de Schwebebahn.

Tutto perfetto, pulito, rilassante tranquillo adatto alle famiglie a tutti per affari per divertimento, il personale del albergo disponibili e gentilissimi. La camera molto pulita, rifornita con Tee , caffè. Letto comodissimo.un ambiente molto curato.

Wie immer ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit aufmerksamem Personal, schönem großen Zimmer, sehr sauber, bequeme Betten. Einzig die nicht richtig regulierbare Lautstärke des TV war nervig. Hier wurde uns aber sofort ein Umzug in ein anderes Zimmer angeboten… Das Frühstück frisch u reichhaltig, auch hier mit sehr nettem Service.

Als alleinreisende Frau habe ich mich im Premier Inn Hotel Wuppertal äußerst unwohl gefühlt. Das männliche Service-Personal an der Rezeption war äußerst abwertend und respektlos gegenüber Frauen. Es schien, als hätten sie ein antiquiertes Verständnis von Geschlechterrollen, das inakzeptabel ist. Ihre herablassende Haltung hat meinen Aufenthalt stark beeinträchtigt und mir das Gefühl gegeben, nicht willkommen zu sein. Die Lage des Hotels ist äußerst vorteilhaft, direkt im Anschluss findet man als das liebevolle Luisenviertel. Nur wenige Schritte sind es bis zu einer für eine Stadt wie Wuppertal unglaublich reichhaltigen Gastronomieauswahl. Die Zimmer sind dem Standard entsprechend ausgestattet und sauber. Das Hotel bietet Parkplätze im Parkhaus unter dem Hotel, welches leicht mit dem Aufzug erreichbar ist. Das Frühstücksbuffet könnte etwas areichhaltiger sein. Allerdings verlässt hier niemand hungrig das Frühstück und es reicht daher für eine Nacht aus. Ich kann dieses Hotel allein aufgrund des respektlosen Verhaltens des Personals gegenüber Frauen nicht empfehlen.

Sehr schöne saubere Zimmer, großes Bad mit Regendusche, gute Betten mit verschiedenen Kissen, super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Das Frühstückbuffet ist frisch und hat eine reichhaltige Auswahl und lässt für diesen Preis (13,50€/pP) keine Wünsche offen! Der Barbeteich ist ebenso stylisch u bietet eine große Auswahl. Top Lage!
