The modern, 75m² apartment can accommodate up to 7 adults. A toddler can sleep in the parents' double bed. There is also space for a baby travel bed. The apartment is located in a trendy area, close to the center and still quiet. The old town can be reached in 4 minutes by tram. A parking space reserved for you is right on the doorstep (up to two additional parking spaces can be provided if available). The apartment is located on the fourth and top floor of the house. Please note that there is no elevator.
A tram stop is a two-minute walk away. It takes you to the market square, train station, congress center or university hospitals without changing trains. The S. Oliver Arena (concerts and other events take place here) can be reached on foot in a few minutes. There is a public green area behind the house. A few meters further you are already on the Main and along the river you can enjoy a wonderful view of the fortress and the "Käppele" while you walk into town. There is a bakery with breakfast and coffee in the house. In the immediate vicinity there is a pharmacy, doctors, bank, hairdresser, a grocery store and much more.

Other equipment: bed linen, towels, soap, shower gel, toilet paper, detergent, dishwasher tabs, tea towels, kitchen paper, pots, pans, dishes, cutlery
Small children who sleep in their parents' bed or in their own cot are free of charge.
Smoking is only possible on the balcony. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment!

Ruhige saubere Würzburg-Wohnung
Ich war insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Bei der Gesamtwertung ziehe ich einen Stern ab, weil die Lage im 4. Stock ohne Aufzug für mich eine Herausforderung war.

Geräumig, sauber und voll ausgestattet
Wir waren mit der Wohnung sehr zufrieden. Sie ist sehr geräumig und alles an Geschirr und Utensilien ist vorhanden, inclusive Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und Trockner.
Toller, sonniger Westbalkon.
Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig, etwas zusammengewürfelt, aber uns hat das nicht gestört.
Mit vollbesetzung von 6- 7 Personen könnte es mit dem einen Badezimmer knapp werden bzw man muss sich halt gut absprechen.
Der Fußweg zur Innenstadt zieht sich etwas, Bus und Straßenbahn sind aber in der Nähe.
Wer nicht gut zu Fuß ist, sollte beachten dass die Wohnung im 4. Og liegt und es keinen Aufzug gibt.

Zweckmäßige, saubere Unterkunft
Mit einer Gruppe von 7 Erwachsenen war die Wohnung zum Schlafen total in Ordnung. Alles ist sauber, Check in und allgemein die Kommunikation waren gut. Die Bilder lassen die Wohnung gemütlicher wirken als Sie ist. Insgesamt ist alles etwas kühl und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Zum Schlafen in Würzburg mit guter Anbindung ins Zentrum für eine größere Gruppe in Ordnung. Für das Gebotene insgesamt schon recht teuer.
