IInvitéRelaxing one night stay with a friend, RSun was a perfect place to chill.
Thanks to the wonderful service from Turbo, smooth check in and room upgraded to a suite. His spoken English was good and he was very helpful during our stay.
The suite was huge, beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean.
We made use of the hot springs and enjoyed our time there. We visited in February so the hotel and springs were not busy.
Food in the restaurant was delicious local cuisine. We received special dish as it was the last day of the ***** new year holiday. We communicated using a translator app.
I would have liked the downstairs bar to be open.
There was a good breakfast selection which was refilled.
I would choose to stay here again.

IInvitéOne of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Staff was welcoming and friendly. The room was immaculate, room service was on point.
I was visiting Wuxi for one day only, then I got caught in the rain, so I couldn’t get a taxi and missed my train. Once I checked in at the radisson, had a hot shower, with perfect water pressure, and settled into that comfortable bed all the trauma of the day was forgotten.

The 24-hour front desk service was always available to assist with any requests or inquiries, ensuring a smooth and comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly courteous and attentive, making sure all my needs were met promptly.
Comfortable Accommodations
The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities for a business traveler. The comfortable bed and quiet atmosphere ensured a restful night's sleep after a long day of meetings.
Surroundings

Nous avons réservé la chambre de valeur mais ils nous ont mis à jour gratuitement. Le lit était étonnant et nous avons dormi mieux que chez nous. Les hôtels se sentent modernes et nouveaux. La location à côté de la station de métro est un plus et le service de l'hôtel était bon.

IInvitéI wanted to stay here to have an opinion on it. Odd name first of all. The hotel had a good location. Close to lots of things. Check in wasn't that bad, but I could tell that they did not have tons of experience checking in foreigners, but they ended up doing a good job and were nice and spoke decent English. The hotel is a bit old. The elevator is not great but not bad. The room reeked of cigarettes and it hit me like a ton of bricks as soon as I went in. Not really the staffs fault as I did get a good promo deal and it did say smoking allowed, so I guess I should have known and stayed away since I hate cigarettes. The room was decent. Shower and bed etc were good. The towels smelled big time like cigarettes. I am guessing that someone had used and then they did not wash them which skeeved me out a bit, or maybe they just absorbed the tons of smoke being blown around by previous guests. This used to be a Jinjiang, I could tell because there were still logos all over. WiFi was good, breakfast was pretty horrendous. At least the coffee was pretty good. I had a decent enough stay but I would not return. There are far better hotels around with a similar or even cheaper price point.

They went out of their way to assist me, even after I had checked out. Their level of service and responsiveness truly exceeded my expectations.
One of the key highlights for me was the hotel's cleanliness. As a parent with a crawling baby, cleanliness is of utmost importance, and I was impressed by how well-maintained and spotless the hotel was. The rooms were tidy, and the hotel provided all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, hair dryers, toothpaste, and soap.
I particularly loved the fact that our room had a balcony. It was a perfect spot to unwind in the evenings. I appreciated the option to close the curtains and enjoy the balcony while our daughter slept peacefully inside.
The hotel's location was convenient, with two nearby stations providing easy access to Shanghai. The staff even provided helpful directions and recommendations, such as the address of a nearby supermarket when we needed to buy supplies.
Despite being a smaller hotel, the quality of service surpassed my expectations. The staff's ability to communicate in English was a definite advantage for us as foreigners, making our stay even more comfortable.

YYouniyiqiedouhao2J'ai réservé trois chambres à Yixing. La maison est bien équipée, l'environnement est agréable et il y a des robots. Les enfants l'adorent.
Il y a une pièce avec une porte donnant sur l'ascenseur et une fenêtre donnant sur la rue. C'est trop bruyant.
Il faisait trop chaud samedi, impossible de régler la climatisation pour refroidir. Il faisait trop chaud.
Il y a peu de petits-déjeuners. Il n'y avait quasiment pas de vaisselle à mon arrivée à 7h50.

ZZhenniHotel is really beautiful! Food is great! I’m so surprised that they offer miso soup at breakfast! They told me that they the miso was made in house. Restaurant on the top floor has splendid views, two persons dinner is excellent! Will stay here again next time when I visit Wuxi.
