受颱風影響，無錫的夜晚細雨綿綿。當我抵達酒店時，已是深夜時分。大約在晚上十一點多，酒店前台還特地致電確認我的入住情況，讓人感到十分貼心。當我步入前台，幾位前台小姑娘——小葉、小李和小朱，以她們專業和熱情的服務，不僅為我升級了房型，還贈送了一份精美的小禮品，真是令人倍感温馨。 今年，我愈發喜歡入住歡朋酒店了。雖然它離市區稍遠，但這裏的住宿環境卻讓人倍感舒適。房間內設施完善，床鋪柔軟，讓我整晚都睡得非常踏實。總體來説，這家酒店的服務和設施都非常值得推薦，無論是商務出差還是休閑度假，都是一個絕佳的選擇。下次來無錫，還會選擇它。

A wonderful hotel in such a location! It was my first visit to Huashan, and this hotel made my stay very comfortable. I arrived at night, and the hotel owner came to pick us up and even dropped us off back to the train station. The hotel is situated on an ancient street, surrounded by several barbershops and a few restaurants. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip!

Nice hotel. The night shift staff was wonderful(Made every attempt to communicate in English) The room was very comfortable with all the amenities. They had wireless charging available and the room is controlled by an iPad like device. Located just 5 mins walking distance from exit 1 of shenglimen(胜利门)-line 1 (1 stop from Wuxi railway station) The breakfast was nice with balance choices in Chinese and western food.

Location is good. Near to the Metro, Bus stop and restaurants. Service is fine. The front desk staff shall improve their service eg. friendliness. Breakfast was fine, the management should prepare suitable butter and jam spreading knife. We had to use a single chopstick to spread the butter on the breads. Funny and not useful. Thumbs up for the washers and drying machines.

That was the second time I had stayed at this hotel purely due to its magnificence. I booked a deluxe room and it was perfectly furnished with wood that gave it a scent of retro style unlike many modern and hi-tech hotels. And the lobby of the hotel is another thing worth coming for, it is a pure pleasure and lustre, everything is made down to the smallest detail. The only thing that I was disappointed in was a lack of decent sauna and hammam. There was a sauna but it was tiny - just around 1 by 1 square meters and you had to turn it on and wait for it to warm up, and the hammam, which was just as tiny, didn't work at all. The swimming pool was normal, but there was no jacuzzi section (there was a small separate pool that was supposed to be with warm water, but in fact it was quite cool. Other than that, the breakfast food range was excellent (although not much Western food). I would definitely recommend this hotel for a one or two day stay.

This hotel is ideal for the business trips and tourism. The location is nearby with the Li Hu lake, a lot of parks and walking areas. If you are a business man inside the hotel there is a special floor Deep Sleeping with some special devices and accessories, massage, it is really helpful after hard meetings. Also I am really appreciate for manager Mr Yang from this hotel for his support, he saved my bicycle and helped with the booking, and when I had a problem with my room immediately solved my problem. La décoration de l'hôtel en lui-même est également bonne. Le personnel prend l'initiative de vous dire bonjour et est très sympathique. Le portier à la porte est très enthousiaste. Cependant, la dame qui récupère les assiettes au buffet du petit-déjeuner est trop assidue. Après en mangeant la moitié, je vais chercher une tasse de café et deux petits pains cuits à la vapeur. , j'ai erré pendant cinq minutes, et quand je suis revenu à ma position, ils avaient tous été emmenés, quel gâchis, et lorsqu'on leur a demandé, ils J'ai immédiatement dit que j'étais absent depuis trop longtemps...
