房間整體硬件還是很不錯的，熱水很足，房間有暖氣，在湖北的冬天太重要了。 有免費自助的洗衣機和烘乾機，值得加分。服務員態度也很好，雖然春節期間人手不太足，也基本能保證服務質量。 唯一的缺點是酒店沒有準備足夠的門卡，每個房間衹能配一張卡，而且只有插卡房間才能取電，兩人入住就非常不方便。希望酒店可以改善。
