**Séjour exceptionnel au Wyndham Grand Xi'an South** Mon séjour de 5 nuits au Wyndham Grand Xi'an South a été inoubliable. L'accueil était exceptionnel et le personnel a fourni un service impeccable. J'ai fait une pause pendant mon voyage et l'hôtel m'a gentiment proposé un départ tardif, ce qui a été très apprécié. Un grand merci à **Kiko, Zoe et Sam** pour leur accueil chaleureux et attentionné. J'ai adoré mon séjour et j'y retournerai sans hésiter.

Désolé pour la révision tardive. M. Choi de l'hôtel, merci pour votre soutien pendant notre séjour. Cette fois, j'avais réservé une chambre double deluxe, mais quand j'ai demandé s'il était possible de surclasser car je restais plusieurs nuits, ils ont gentiment négocié, et heureusement il y avait une place libre dans la suite, alors ils m'ont surclassé. . Veuillez noter que la plupart des photos téléchargées concernent la suite et non la chambre double de luxe réservée à l'origine. Soit dit en passant, la chambre double de luxe elle-même est une chambre spacieuse de plus de 50 mètres carrés, joliment décorée et parfaite. Et cette fois, la suite surclassée faisait plus de 100 mètres carrés, ce qui était incroyable ! L'emplacement est juste à côté de Tang Nightless City, très bien situé, mais pas trop bruyant. Il était également à distance de marche du jardin Datang Furong. Nous pensons si c'est pratique pour faire du tourisme. Tout le monde à la réception et le chasseur étaient tous des gens très gentils. C'était agréable de pouvoir sentir le merveilleux parfum lorsque vous entrez dans l'hôtel (vous ne pouvez pas connaître le parfum à moins d'y aller, alors s'il vous plaît, venez et restez!) Je ne vois pas beaucoup d'hôtels Wyndham au Japon, mais j'aimerais en voir plus au Japon, et j'aimerais les utiliser à nouveau lors d'un séjour à l'étranger. Merci pour ce moment.

Breakfast was delicious, offering a mix of Chinese and Western options, with local specialties standing out. The gym was well-equipped, and the indoor pool was clean and relaxing. The service was exceptional, especially **Nancy**, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Highly recommended—we’ll definitely stay here again on our next trip to Xi’an!

My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay at the Wyndham Grand Xi'an South resort. What made it truly exceptional was the customer service from both Alva and her colleagues Kiko and Ma Jing. Even before arriving, Alva assisted in ensuring our room was perfect. She kindly upgraded our room and ensured a smooth check in process. Her colleagues Kiko and Ma Jing personally prepared our room and provided refreshments in the room upon our arrival. Our room was nothing short of breathtaking. The spacious suite offered a stunning view of the Datang Mall area. The suite was a perfect retreat after a day of exploring Xi'an.  Additionally, Alva and her team provided excellent service throughout our stay. They always met our needs and were extremely prompt. Alva also provided a personal touch on our last day and provided a parting gift. We can't wait to return and create more memories here. Highly, highly recommended! Thank you Alva, Kiko, and Ma Jing!

This is my second stay at the Wyndham Grand Xian South, （西安豪享来温德姆至尊酒店）and every experience here has been full of delightful surprises. This time, upon arrival, the front desk staff, Zoe and Kiko, warmly assisted me with the check-in process. It was not only incredibly efficient but also genuinely thoughtful, making me feel truly welcomed. Their smiles and professional service instantly lifted my spirits, turning a tiring day into a pleasant one. The hotel offers unbeatable value for money. The rooms are not only comfortable but also well-equipped with everything you might need. The gym is well-furnished, and the buffet is rich with a variety of options, showcasing the hotel’s meticulous attention to detail. At night, the view from the room, with its magical lights, creates a dreamy and romantic atmosphere that enhances the overall experience. In addition, the hotel’s prime location is another highlight. It is conveniently located near the Great Tang Ever Bright City and the newly opened MixC shopping mall, with numerous famous Shaanxi cuisine restaurants in the vicinity. This makes it not only an exceptional place to stay but also a perfect base for exploring Xian. Without a doubt, this will always be my first choice whenever I visit this city!

We were upgraded to an even bigger room with a separate lounge area and a massive bathroom!The location is situated directly by 大唐不夜城!I will definitely come back and stay at Wyndham Grand again!

I loved this hotel, spacious rooms with great working air conditioning. They clean the rooms everyday. The staff are friendly. The hotel is majestic and well decorated. The hotels breakfast is wonderful with a great selection to choose from. A very convenient location and close to a metro station. At the end of my stay I wanted to stay longer for two reasons. The hotel was so comfortable and the Xi'an food is so delicious. I would definitely recommend.
