房間很乾凈，環境很好。帶孩子檢查住的近一些，有機器人，可以送你上樓還有送物品，孩子很感興趣。下次來西安還會繼續入住的。

房間非常的乾淨整潔，服務態度非常好，很適合帶小朋友出門玩的時候住。早餐味道不錯，吃飯的環境也很棒，因為下午的高鐵🚅時間比較晚，前台小哥哥還給延遲退房了一些時間，很貼心。推薦來住哦！

乾濕分離很乾凈 設施什麼的都還挺新的
重點是！！工作人員的態度都非常好 ！
早餐也還不錯 水吧的東西都是贈送的非常不錯
前台小姐姐還送了小禮物
本來住兩天 又定了一天
自駕很方便有兩個慢充的電樁 對新能源車主很友好
位置很方便！不開車的話公交或者地鐵也都不遠！

一直住的華住會，第一次住星程，環境很好，非常乾淨整潔，工作人員也很熱情，，當時預訂沒有早餐，後加的，品類也豐富~

這房間隔音簡直了厲害了，可以聽到東邊房間的客人一直在咳嗽、洗澡、馬桶沖水，西邊房間小情侶説話、看電視以及“卿卿我我”的聲音，樓上掉東西到地板上，可以説是一晚上全方位立體聲折騰我了一晚上。
也有好的地方，酒店比較新，設施比較新。
