1月30日帶娃來到西安旅行，在下午16點左右入住了宜尚酒店，2月1日上午我們就打道回府了，旅行還未開始就結束了。因為1月31日在酒店吃完早餐和小朋友參觀完西安事變博物館後，小朋友就肚子不舒服，狂吐不止，直接去了西安小童醫院，結果是急性胃炎，細菌指標超高很多，在西安小童醫院打了點滴後，31晚上小朋友高燒到40.2度，所以連夜定了高鐵回家，在此期間我們得到了酒店呂先生幫助，這裏表示感謝！在整個旅行中，在西安一共就吃過2頓飯，一頓是30日的晚餐，一頓是酒店的早餐。西安美食還沒來得及嘗過一樣。為何説是早餐的原因？我們經過覆盤得到的結論。晚餐一共點了3個菜，每個菜我都吃過而且比小朋友吃的多很多，如果晚餐有問題，我們兩個第二天都會拉肚子，我自己完全無事，小朋友也沒有拉肚子。酒店的早餐，我吃的麪條，小朋友吃的小餛飩，這是我們兩天來唯一吃的不一樣的食物。所以才會説是早餐的問題，因為食物不潔，小朋友應激的狂吐。實話實説酒店從前台到客房服務沒有任何問題，但是食品安全問題和後續處理問題的態度堪憂。如果選擇入住，早餐可以不用選擇。和攜程溝通後，攜程回覆酒店拒絕協商溝通，態度惡劣，維權很難，但也不能默不作聲，東呈集團再也不見。

體驗感很好，酒店位置不錯，離地鐵站只有不到五分鐘的距離，周邊就有好吃的，很方便，坐地鐵去哪玩都很方便，房間乾淨整潔，床品舒適，二十四小時有安保人員，超級安心，酒店的工作人員都很有禮貌，早餐也很好吃，推薦大家體驗～

因為不喜歡麻將桌太佔地方給升級了房間，超大的loft，有三個衞生間。孩子很喜歡，住了三天挺滿意的，有問題能及時解決，臨走還貼心送了水果衞生紙消毒濕巾熱水，很用心。唯一缺點就是早餐東西有點冷。離市區稍遠，好在有地鐵

性價比高。複式兩卧室相互不影響，一個卧室是大單人床（應該也睡得下兩人），另一個卧室是大雙人床，我們是兩人入住，各睡一個房間，很寬裕。距離大明宮西地鐵站步行距離，去地鐵站路上會經過商場：麪包店、奶茶店、瑞幸、麥當勞、華潤萬家、7-11便利店…，很方便。

房間很舒服，衞生打掃的不錯，保潔阿姨都特別熱情，交代打掃得細節也注意的很好，好評！前台的小哥哥小姐姐也很好，特別熱情也很舒服，臨走前還送了小禮物！很贊！就在地鐵附近，旁邊還有商場，很不錯！會下次再來！！

優點:酒店是裝修的很乾凈，在二環附近去哪裡比較方便，所有的房型面積都比較大，客服服務也比較用心!
缺點:離地鐵口有點距離，大概1.2公里全程打車或者自駕比較合適，其他類的炒飯蔬菜甜品水果都有
早餐需要改進比如把所有的麪條換成
手工麪提高很多檔次，機械壓麪真的難吃卻要改進 地漏的全部換成防臭水管!洗手間、水池一切淋浴間馬桶間多研究防臭地漏贏在細節!
對於睡眠輕的不要選擇的挨着機械設備
如空調外機進出熱水設備，挨着主路的房間基本現在的商務酒店隔音都不好中央空調聲較大!

非常滿意的一個酒店，雖然是四星級，但房間絕對匹配五星級，又大又整潔，除了第一天有些小矛盾不愉快外，後面每天都是心情很好，經理服務能力也是超棒，絕對有五星級的服務

這次帶小孩出來，因孩子對複式房間情有獨鍾，在網上搜到了plus酒店，一進門孩子直呼太棒了；前台房間衞生都很好；工作人員很有禮貌也很貼心；早餐臊子麪很不錯，強烈推薦！
