J ai réservé au dernier moment et ne parlais pas du tout chinois.Ils sont venu me chercher à l aéroport et m y ramener le Lindemann matin pour prendre mon avion. Mon séjour a été très bref, mais ce sont des personnes chaleureuses. Merci!

Parfait pour une nuit avant ou après un vol. Petite rue à côté avec un large choix de street food. Nous avons été très bien accueillis, après avoir demandé via Wechat comment joindre l'hôtel depuis l'aéroport lhote est gentiment venu nous chercher, puis nous a amené le lendemain très tôt. La communication a été très fluide grâce à la maîtrise de l'anglais de la jeune fille, ce qui est assez rare en *****. Merci.

L'expérience a été très positive, la structure est très proche de l'aéroport et nous avons utilisé le service de pick up proposé par la structure. Luna parle très bien anglais et a été très gentille et serviable avec nous. Informé.

Genuinely great experience. They picked me up from the airport and also dropped me off there next day early morning. The room was clean and really nice. If you don’t speak Chinese, that’s not a problem, because Luna speaks fluent English. Thank you.

Small hotel with Big Heart, choose this hotel coz of someone online feedback and really feel, it's true feelings. Staff was friendly just like family members, treat same as real guest at home. pick n drop to Xian airport with friendly smile. Food street is outside the hotel. Every food available.

The hotel provides free transfer services to and fro from the airport. Respond was fast and service was very good. Thank you.

The owner’s daughter Luna is very friendly. 5 stars service for her. Help us in recommending food and what to buy . And arrange cars to send us to airport . We have bout 10 pax though . Highly recommended.

I arrived after midnight and was picked up by her father. Luna and I communicated even before my trip to ensure a smooth journey. The room is very clean and quiet. I had a good rest before heading into Xian city.

I cannot express enough how kind the hotel owners were. I landed Xianyang airport at 1am without a Chinese phone number, they went out of their way to help me get back to the hotel. A security guard at the airport was kind enough to help me contacting the hotel owner, who along with his daughter, picked me up at 2am from the airport. They also provided me with valuable advice for my upcoming travels to Xi'an, Huashan, and Kunming. The room was well-equipped with amenities and the bed was comfortable. The only downside was the noise from other guests, but this was out of their control. They even allowed me to store my luggage while I explored other places and arranged a rideshare for me to Xian North Station to save on travel costs. Their kindness and hospitality truly enhanced my trip experience. I highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent. The boss and his daughter greeted us. Miss Luna can speak English very well. She helped us in every aspect. They picked up us from the airport at 1 o'clock at night. The room was big, clean and tidy. The bathroom and room have all the facilities. Good Internet. The hotel is very close to the airport. Next time will surely stay here again.
