Avis : Xi'an Xinxing Hotel

I was a disappointment to see that they had a pool in the pictures but did not actually have one. The staff were very friendly and made sure we were comfortable. The hotel did look like it is a bit outdated and falling apart. The hallways smelled of cigarettes. I think this is because of parties that were happening downstairs. Overall I did enjoy my stay because of how the staff took care of us.

Nothing I could say about this hotel would be good. When we arrived we were told that the aircon was not working, did we want to stay. Because late & tired we said yes but can you give us a free breakfast or something to compensate. A distinct "No" Room smelt badly of stale cigarette smoke. Nor uncommon in China even if you ask for a no smoking room. Reception staff cold & rude. Would ne er stay at this hotel again

It is a old hotel but nothing wrong.it only takes a minute to The MRT.

Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly, they helped me extend my booking for a cheaper price. The room is bigger than I expected.

緊鄰地鐵，交通便利，有專屬的地下停車場，很方便，房間大小適中，衞生還好，設施很陳舊，價格很實惠，前台服務還好！

來西安出差每次都會住在這個酒店，酒店還不錯的，性價比還成。前台的小姐姐温柔可愛，小謝和小於服務非常好，很值得推薦！

前台服務都非常專業，動作利落乾脆，客户體驗感特別棒👍唯獨就是設施太舊，位置還是不錯的，在地鐵口，出行很方便！

前台熱情專業。看入住辦理時間很晚了，升級到了套房。房間內乾淨整潔，設施齊全。浴缸乾淨衞生，硬件熱水水壓大。好評咯

酒店蓋的時間比較久了，房間很大，價格實惠，衞生間總有股下水道的味道，衞生狀況還可以，酒店停車位不太夠，不夠了就會安排停放到酒店對面的茶城地下停車場，工作人員和保安師傅的服務很不錯！

房間很大，寬敞，燈光有點不足，感覺有點暗，服務到位，尤其一個叫李麗的服務員，勤快，耐心，快捷，非常好，特此表揚一下，此次住店體驗非常好，值得推薦

酒店環境還挺漂亮的，房間很大很温馨，交通也特別的方便，路口就是地鐵，前台工作人員辦事效率非常的高，很熱情，非常有耐心，特別是妍妍和小苒非常好

位置很便利，出門就是地鐵口，辦事很方便。房間特別大，設施很齊全，前台服務很熱情，一次完美的體驗，下次還會選擇這家！
