I appreciate the very helpful lady reception who patiently helped me secure a room when the hotel next door rejected my booking when I had already arrived and tried to check in as a foreigner, even though I booked on trip.com and communicated with them in English. If they cannot accept foreigner, why did they advertise on trip.com which non Chinese use? Trip.com should remove their listing. Anyway thanks to her, I managed to secure a roof over my head in the late evening, so many thanks to her. The hotel should be grateful to have her as their staff. Apart from that, level 14 is acceptable as 3rd floor smells too strongly of cigarettes smoke, making it unbearable for non smokers. Pay a little extra to at least have a better room. I forgot to ask her name, but she wore glasses and checked me into room 1415.

房間設施是比較老舊的燈光也不夠明亮淋雨設備那些應該是新裝修的還是ok的但是服務很好特別是電梯口的小貼紙絕對是很細節很實用的西安出行攻略早餐是在7樓出電梯右拐在左拐這個最好弄個提示要不找起來是困難的

前台服務不錯很好，客房個別人員沒有禮貌，見到客人是啞巴不吭聲。環境整體上來説很不錯。設施設備方面缺少日常維護和檢修，時好時壞。雙層窗户最外邊的一層關不上，隔音效果一般。客房衞生還需加強提升，領班主管查房不到位，忘記放地巾.房間浮灰很大，屋內設施上，面巾上，等幾處都是女士的長頭髮。浴室洗護沐瓶身很臟。面巾.浴巾.枕套，床單，被罩，多處污染痕跡，面積大，印跡清楚切很明顯。面巾和枕套上有破損。
