去夏門玩幾天，沒想到第一天去到酒店下午1點40，前台的服務員和經理說暫時不能入住，酒店只有一間套房，叫我們行李放寄存在前台，前面房間客人還沒退房，晚上6點才會退房，等客服打掃好了，晚上8點多才能入房，坐了4小時的高鐵，想休息一下，都不行，我們訂房間寫的是我們2點就可以入住，你一直說前面未退房是會員可以延後退房時間， 說也可以給我們3天後可以延後退房時間，我們最後那天11點半就退房了，要延後退房也沒用，而且對之後的客人也不公平呀，我們不接受，等了15分鐘還沒解決方案，叫了經理，又等了一會，說只能暫時開一間小房給我們放行李和休息，2天的早餐免費送給我們，我們只能先把行李放好，休息了一會，就要出去。 雖然酒店有送早餐和水果賠禮，一個大集團，沒有準時給客人入住，還要要求客人晚點入住，客人晚點入住不是問題，如果可以在早上或者早一點知會客人，這樣會好一點，之後差不多3點多酒店打電話過來說可以入住了。 房間是不錯的，一個套房，有3層，可以住6個人，但是在客服上還是可以再好一點。 所以打好評，就對不住我們自己，打不好評又不是太好，只能說及格吧

快半夜到的酒店，地點挺好找的，就在路邊，前台小姐姐給升級了行政大床房，等辦入住的時候還給了杯蜂蜜水，甜甜的。 酒店是新開業的，各項設施都很新、很完善，住起來挺不錯的，衞生條件還不錯。就是可能還有點新房子的味道，再散散味道就好啦～ 服務挺不錯的。早餐也好吃，挺好的入住體驗。 點贊👍
