Amazing service. We are very happy with our stay. Staff (especially Mrs Lee , xiao yun) were very helpful and went out of their way to help us out. One of the best 4-star hotels that we have stayed at. Room was very big (and clean) which is main reason I booked the inner room and the Hotel didn't dispoint me. Also the room is quiet, the sound insulation is good. They also have 24hr free self service laundry room (great facatility). If you have any expectation, you can always talk to front desk. They are very helpful. Location is great, virtually on Zhong Shan Rd ; 3min walk to city site seeing bus top, 10min walk from Gulanyi island return ferry terminal. My kids had so much fun with the room facilities voice control - smart control. Awesome hotel - highly reccomend.

Excellent Stay in the Heart of Xiamen. This hotel is perfectly located right on the main street in the central area of Xiamen, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The room was spacious, perfectly clean and featured a very comfortable bed along with a wide range of accessories.The staff were kind, professional and spoke English. For guests who speak other languages, translation tools are also available, which is very useful. Access is quite easy: during the day you can enter through the connected mall (Laiya Department Store - Siming Branch), if you're arriving late at night, there’s a secure side entrance that leads directly to the elevators. Although we didn’t try the breakfast, the bar and dining area near the check-in hall looked spacious and well-stocked with a variety of options. A particularly thoughtful gesture was the gift box of local sweets we received at checkout, an unexpected and very appreciated surprise. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Xiamen and the surrounding area.

Environnement : On ne peut que le décrire comme parfait, tellement beau. La salle de bain privée m'a complètement captivé au premier regard. J'ai séjourné récemment dans des hôtels quatre étoiles et il n'y en a pas beaucoup avec un meilleur environnement que celui-ci. En plus de la chambre, la petite cour à la porte est également très belle. C'est parfait pour s'asseoir et prendre un verre le soir. Service : En fait, j'étais inquiet au début de savoir si les bains étaient nettoyés tous les jours, mais quand nous sommes revenus le lendemain, nous avons vu que les bains avaient été nettoyés impeccablement ! Service : Dès notre entrée dans l'hôtel, la dame à la réception nous a donné une description réfléchie de la chambre et a même joint un guide gastronomique pour la rue Zhongshan à proximité. Il y avait également une carte de l’île de Gulangyu sur la table. Je peux seulement dire que c’était réfléchi, très réfléchi. Environnement : Vous pouvez vous rendre à pied à la rue piétonne Zhongshan. Il existe de nombreux restaurants délicieux qui valent la peine d'être visités à proximité de l'hôtel. Je recommande particulièrement les stands de fruits de mer (certaines personnes sur Internet semblent avoir laissé de mauvaises critiques, mais ce n’est pas notre cas). Si vous souhaitez vous rendre sur l'île de Gulangyu, il n'est pas loin de marcher jusqu'au premier quai, donc le voyage est très pratique. En résumé, il est fortement recommandé aux couples de visiter Xiamen.
