Lanting Courtyard is a luxury villa with a blend of Chinese and Western architectural styles, located at No. 5-2 Tiger Yuan Road. The door of the villa is prominently engraved with the word "golden pier", symbolizing the beautiful meaning of "gold and jade marriage, good union for a hundred years". It is located at the intersection of Zhongshan Park, Garrison Area, Botanical Garden and the foot of Chabu Mountain. It is adjacent to Zhonghua City and Zhongshan Road, and on the other side is Gulangyu Island, a famous scenic spot. The Tiger Garden Road is the only choice of Xiamen City Walk, with beautiful environment and convenient transportation. It is only a short walk away. The Orchid Courtyard is spread over three floors, with several guest rooms and a large shared courtyard. Each room is individually silent, with a separate bathroom in the room, which fully reflects the privacy and comfort. The garden greening of the villa is also very delicate, and there are various plants and flowers in the courtyard, which is perfect for walking and relaxing. 優點我覺得就是一個，這個房子有年代感，房子內部裝修有點像是民國的感覺，有些人會很喜歡這種風格。
缺點嘛，主要還是圍繞在噪音上面。 出來旅遊白天在外面玩很累了，晚上回到住所休息很重要，噪音會扣大分。
隔壁就是一個飯館，飯館包間的窗户就對着房間，晚上11點了還有人在飯館的包間裏喝酒乾杯、吃飯吹牛，很吵。
然後不知道為什麼能聽到大貨車的聲音，我記得周圍一圈都是小路啊？
每次大貨車哐當一下，對面樓房裡的聲控燈就被弄亮了，就是這種很大的聲音。
另外浴室裏能聽到其他住客在説話，説什麼水太冷還是太熱之類的。
房間裏設施比較簡約，房內的空間比較侷促，不過陽台上的空間還是可以的。
綜合來看，四百+的價格我不是很認可。 其他房型價格便宜可以考慮。

住的臨街房間，隔音不太好，街道聲音比較嘈雜
離各個景點都有點距離，基本是打車出行……
早上九點多服務員敲門要搞衞生，不是很懂哈……

非常滿意的住宿體驗，別院的院子空間很大，綠植很多，小貓很可愛，在院子裏喝茶聊天很舒服。房間的裝修比較新，設施也不錯，住起來很舒服，旅遊一天後回小院休息很舒服。院子旁邊有一家沙茶麪味道不錯海鮮也挺新鮮，走兩步能到。

每次旅行都偏愛民宿，但又因為種種原因產生顧慮，但是這家民宿完全洗刷了我對民宿衞生和安全問題的擔憂，甚至覺得比住酒店更舒適。
對一家民宿最為感性的評價就是能在那裡產生想要長時間駐留的願望。在蘭庭別院，我甚至會思考我在廈門旅居的美好，希望之後能夠實現吧～
ps.入住這家民宿的第一印象很好，第一是在森系的環境下又能有別墅的華麗，第二是民宿的肥咪，每次看到它它都在舔毛，小眼神感覺笨笨的，身子也不是很靈活哈哈哈哈哈哈（對不起咪🧎
01 衞生條件很好。相比於其他部分民宿，這家可以做到像酒店一樣每天打掃房間。
02 安全性好。有一種在大雜院居住的感覺。不僅住得安心，而且還能感受到家的温馨。
03 地理位置優越。我選擇住宿考慮的最核心因素就是位置，這家民宿在一條巷子裏鬧中取靜，但是走大概兩百米不到就是中山公園地鐵站，旁邊就是中山公園、植物園和鐘鼓索道。騎車不到十分鐘可以到中山路步行街，騎車半小時可以到南普陀寺和廈門大學。去機場和高鐵站都特別近，半小時之內可以完成通勤（打車20分鐘就到高崎機場）。
04 環境優美宜居。院內還經營一家茶飲店，可以在院子裏體驗茶文化慢生活，旁邊相鄰的店鋪有價格實惠的打拋飯和咖啡，還有一家裝修超級美的花店。這就是嚮往的生活吧～

位置ok 環境可以 有貓有魚 本來也是個對外開放的喝茶的地方 但是
1.房間內設施一般 浴室花灑水流超級小 洗澡洗的很…
2.隔音真的巨無敵差 可以聽見外面貨車路過的聲音、樓下人説話的聲音、附近小學的廣播聲，旅遊住這裏真的休息的很差。
3.行李貨梯實際是到3樓，住2樓還要拿着行李上下幾節台階，也不是很方便。

優點：前台有求必應，地理位置還行，晚上很安靜，沒有車水馬龍的噪音，露台很大。
缺點：房間很小，行李箱都打不開，而且窗户是80年代那種往外推的窗户，隔音就不要想了，運氣巨差，遇到211房間一個男的，大半夜在陽台看連續劇，聲音巨大，早上一大早又在陽台刷**，簡直要崩潰，好在和前台説了後前台發消息告訴他老婆了。住酒店真的要靠運氣，再好的服務都會被這種沒素質的人毀了

外觀特別有風情的民宿，房間裏酒店有的設施它都有的，住的露台房，卧室小一點，露台很大。院子裏可以喝茶，附近有個學校，上學時候放廣播有點吵。步行五分鐘是地鐵一號線，離植物園也算近的，就是去中山路步行街有點路程了，最好打車。唯一遺憾是沒有擼到前台貓別墅裏養的貓貓

很有驚喜的民宿，中西合璧的老宅，看得出民宿老闆在軟裝的心思，氛圍感滿滿，拿起復古蓮蓬頭沐浴時，好像穿梭到上海灘年代，還有行李專用電梯，把行李送到2樓，客人不需要自己搬行李，家人們都很喜歡。
房內基本設備齊全，房間清潔度五分滿分，給四分，唯一要改善的是洗臉盆旁邊牆壁上（ 眼睛水平）有幾根頭髮。 除了這，整體很滿意。 下次再會入住。
