Super insatisfait, je suis vraiment désolé pour le prix ! J'ai séjourné dans tellement d'hôtels, y compris des hôtels de haut niveau et des hôtels moins chers, mais je n'ai jamais été aussi insatisfait de mon séjour cette fois-ci ! L'odeur de tout l'hôtel n'était pas très bonne dès mon entrée, et toute la décoration était ancienne et ancienne. J'ai réservé une chambre double de luxe avec vue sur la mer pour deux nuits, mais une seule chambre faisait face à la mer. Je voulais changer pour une autre chambre au même étage le lendemain, mais le serveur j'étais toujours mécontent et m'a dit que je ne pouvais pas changer, mais quand j'ai ouvert la chambre, je n'ai pas dit que je ne pouvais pas changer ! Le fait est que c'est la première fois que je constate que vous ne pouvez pas porter de chaussons d'hôtel pour prendre le petit-déjeuner. Je respecterai les règles de votre hôtel, mais j'en informerai au moins les clients lors du départ de la chambre. Ce qui me mécontente le plus, c'est d'avoir laissé quelque chose dans la chambre sans en informer les invités. Je n'ai pas répondu pendant longtemps lorsque j'ai appelé pour demander. À ce jour, il manque toujours une paire de pantoufles nouvellement achetées !

Isabella is indeed very very friendly and very helpful. I’m a person that chat understand Chinese and she was being super helpful by recommending me nice restaurant and assist in receiving package . She indeed a value and gem in a haystack . Conrad should really value her and promote her . She deserve better role

Great location with beautiful views and friendly service. Right next to a mall and shopping street. Just avoid peak hours on Yanwu Bridge due to traffic. Facilities are a bit dated but overall a pleasant stay.

Have fun in Xiamen and the hotel is really nice. It’s my favorite hotel during this trip.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay in xiamen and I would like to take a moment to recognize Amanda at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, she was warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. Amanda went above and beyond to ensure that my check-in process was smooth and efficient.

My one-night business stay at the hotel was smooth and efficient. The hotel’s location offered easy access to key business venues, and the check-in process was prompt and professional. I stayed in a Deluxe Sea-view Double Room, which delivered stunning views and a quiet, high-floor setting—ideal for unwinding after meetings.

Bad experience, 1st time stay also will be my last. 1, bad check in experience (GSA face didn’t have any expression) no any explanation for room n also didn’t mention breakfast at all too. 2. After stay in the water pressure got prob very slow then call 3 times to FD n 3rd time only pick up my call then offer to change room. 3. We change to new room bt the light keep auto on n off for 1st night and I didn’t ask to change room cos I tot bulb issue so is ok . 2nd night horrible ,the curtain auto close n open. But can be said Hotel room view is nice and also location . Hope their GSA can be train be more professional as this is 5 star hotel n price alsp not cheaper.

Good location, easy access to major attractions in Xiamen, high floor rooms overseeing the ocean. Great experience.

I’m very satisfied with the view. However, the equipment in this hotel is old. There’s even something dropping from the ceiling. The manager of this hotel concerned  a lot and compensate with a free lunch and some gift.

We spent one night at this beautiful hotel. It was large, clean, luxurious, with a great view of the ocean from the sky lounge. It was not clear that you have to take the elevator up to check in. Some signage would be helpful.

Great stay, close to Shapowei, nice swimming pool
