Hotel is located at a very central location that is near to many other attractions and because its a rather new hotel, the interior is clean and well maintained. We booked the loft for a family of 4 and really enjoyed our stay here. Gotta really commend the staff for their service and eagerness to help. We had a few hiccups here and there but the staff really went above and beyond to help us solve issues faced and service recovery was really amazing. Everyone from counter to cleaning team were so pleasant. Thank you Vishan for making the stay a memorable one and we will definitely be back if we visit Xiamen again!

C'est un hôtel au trésor. Tout d’abord, l’attitude du personnel envers le service est très, très bonne. Il n'y avait pas d'eau froide à l'évier le premier jour, et le personnel a résolu le problème immédiatement. Ils sont également très amicaux avec les enfants. La deuxième chambre était également propre et bien équipée. C'est un nouvel hôtel, donc je me suis senti soulagé par rapport aux choses que j'utilisais. J'ai à peine utilisé les articles jetables que j'avais apportés avec moi. Les articles étaient également très complets. Bien qu'il soit situé à l'étage d'un centre commercial, il est très calme. Ce n'était pas bruyant du tout, mais j'ai vu que certaines chambres avaient des purificateurs d'air et d'autres non. Troisièmement, l’hôtel est très bien situé. Il y a une rue piétonne en bas, ce qui permet d'acheter facilement n'importe quoi. Le transport est également très pratique. Les taxis peuvent arriver devant la porte, il est donc également très facile de prendre un taxi. Quatrièmement, le petit-déjeuner est également très riche et les serveurs sont particulièrement doués pour discuter. Cinquièmement, j’aimerais recommander un restaurant de cuisine Minnan en bas, je crois qu’il s’appelle Siyu, j’ai oublié lequel, les plats signatures sont le canard au gingembre et le crabe poêlé. J'ai également commandé des crevettes au thé, les deux étaient délicieuses.

L'expérience d'hébergement est géniale ! La chambre est spacieuse et lumineuse, le lit est doux et confortable, et l'isolation phonique est également très bonne. Il y a aussi une piscine dans la cour. Les enfants se sont bien amusés à jouer là-bas ! L'environnement environnant est calme, le transport est pratique et il y a de nombreux magasins d'alimentation aux alentours.
