La première fois, il y a un peu de malaise. Le petit frère de la réception a regardé la chambre avec lui, et la chambre était bonne, grande et propre, les installations étaient complètes et la puissance de la climatisation. L'hôtel est similaire à celui qui se trouve sur la penhague, l'environnement est vraiment très spécial, et il y a une expérience particulière de vivre ici. En particulier, le gars de 25 ans de la réception est de la réception de Hong Kong, le service est enthousiaste et le travail est sérieux. C'est fondamentalement que je connais le meilleur personnel de la réception. Si le patron de l'hôtel voit ce commentaire, ajoutez un peu de salaire à ce petit garçon 🤓! Il n'est pas facile d'avoir un tel bon personnel!

Nice hotel in a historical manor. Great location on the island. Interior design in same style as building makes you feel like traveling in time but with all the needed comfort. Simple but nice breakfast. Welcoming staff and 2 cute (and not bothering) dogs. Big terraces. Highly recommend booking one of the 2 3rd floor corner rooms. Highly recommended !

Room as a nice size and the Chinese breakfast was tasty. The toilet was odd, as there was no door. Just the enclosed shower area to separate the toilet from the room. As it was next to the balcony we could actually see out and down the road while sitting on toilet.

位置是很重要的考量点，要知道島上除了50塊的环島小車外，就是靠双腿走路及手推行李⋯⋯相信长长的麻花石头路，还有斜坡⋯⋯⋯无论酒店或旅舍多好，也会为你的行程大打折扣。
其次，这民宿是新裝修的，所以设备，例如空调、电視、熱水器也是亲。水圧很足，水很夠熱；空调制冷非常之足（这也很重要，尤其7-8月的炎夏，而且光是6月中旬，也令人熱得很难受。）
地点除了碼头外，走到出名的食街，才5-6分鈡；吃飽可以回去睡午觉，才出发到日光岩看风景，很順心。
#另外，管家门都很友善，不但替我寄存行李、还替我把行李搬运到房间，而且已把空调先开好。
保安方面，大门有工作人員守着，晚间出入有密碼。

Centrally located. Pedestrian shopping street zhongshan road and a meto station is just around 5-10 mins walk. The seaview room offers best views of Gulangyu island from Xiamen. Nice gym. Great and impeccable service from the executive lounge staff, including Alma. We'll definitely be back in Swiss Grand in our next trip to Xiamen.

La position est à 15 minutes de route du salon de la science et de la technologie, il y a un garage de transport sous-terrain et un transport pratique. Le choix de manger en bas est plus grand, il y a 10 minutes à pied, toute la rue de la cuisine. C'est la réservation de deux chambres en ligne, et le résultat est de partir pour séparer le niveau de l'étage. Je pense que l'arrangement de la réception n'est pas très raisonnable. La réservation de deux chambres doit être nécessaire ensemble, ce qui a causé de nombreux désagréments! J'espère que ça va aller mieux... Sur le service, il faut toujours répondre aux besoins des clients.

Un gestionnaire de chambre d'hôtes, Zhang Liming, a sauvé l'impression de l'hôtel. L'ensemble du système d'hôtel est très parfait, la réception est également assistante par des machines, le point de vente est distribué par des robots, mais le personnel de service n'a pas de conscience de service magiquement. Le séjour dans la chambre est très froide. Le chauffage dans la chambre nord est toujours inutile pendant deux heures. Il a été chauffé dans la chambre d'hôtel en robes et en vêtements de plusieurs couches. Le téléphone du service d'accueil dit que le chauffage est bon, et ainsi de suite, le ton officiel est inconscient. Après une heure, il a été demandé au Département de l'ingénierie de voir si il n'y avait pas de personne à venir. Il a été heureux de répondre à Zhang Daiming. Il a immédiatement ordonné au Département de l'ingénierie de passer à la porte. Elle s'est également rendue dans la chambre et s'est assurée que la température du vent était suffisante mais que le vent était insuffisant, Il a été décidé de changer de chambre au sud et de m'aider à changer de chambre. Le personnel de l'autre chambre a été chauffé juste cinq minutes avant de quitter la chambre. À l'époque, je vous remercie beaucoup pour le service de Mme Zhang et j'ai promis de faire un commentaire pour la féliciter. Je suis trop occupé à retarder jusqu'à présent, et j'ai vu cette carte laisser à l'époque pour rappeler ses commentaires. J'espère que les autres personnes de votre hôtel peuvent avoir cette attitude et cette capacité de résoudre les problèmes de Mlle Zhang. Le problème n'est pas retardé, il peut répondre rapidement aux besoins des invités pour résoudre le problème. Merci.

I recently stayed at the New East China Hotel during a transit through Xiamen and found it to be a solid choice for a short stay. The rooms are basic but clean, which met my needs perfectly. Check-in was very quick and efficient, which was appreciated after a long flight.
Despite the hotel’s proximity to the airport, I was pleasantly surprised that there was no noise at all, making for a restful night. The convenience of the hotel’s pick-up and drop-off service to and from the airport was a major plus, adding to the stress-free experience.
If you want to venture into town or visit Walking Street, it’s easy to get a Didi from the hotel. Given its convenience and overall good service, I’ll definitely consider staying here again the next time I need to transit through Xiamen.

WWan SuwanThe apartment location is in good environment, going around with taxi is fair enough, however, the building itself doesn't exist on the map, only the neighbor one does, which made us difficult to find the right building when we first arrived, plus we have no idea that the check in room, is one of the room on the 5th floor, as in the address of the hotel, it just put room 501, 521 Gaolin Road, etc. I recommend to give more details to ease the check-in of the hotel description like, 'when arrive, please contact room 501 on the 5th floor to check in', also, the hotel should pin the exact building location on the map, otherwise, guests may get lost on first arrive like us, whereas people around don't speak English to help too.
The apartment itself is clean and in good condition with good space & layout. Facilities are good enough, except, the kitchen is kind of waste because there is no kitchenette at all, they only provide bottle water, glasses/paper cup & electric kettle in the kitchen, in which we expect a hotel apartment should have at least some kitchenette like tableware, cutlery, pot or pan (as they have electric stove) and at least a microwave oven & dishwashing liquid, which partly why we choose to stay in the apartment rather than normal hotel. This is one of the upset issues that we have for this stay.
The breakfast comes as McDonald's breakfast coupon consists of one small Berger & a drink, which is fine as McDonald is on the street level of the building itself.
Plus thing is that we can request for more bottle water & the disposable towel with no additional cost. Although the disposable towel is not so good to use as towel, they are still acceptable & hygienic, so, if you want more comfort, I suggest, bring your own towel. The washer works well, no dryer, but they provide hanger with drying space where there are windows open.
The nearest large shopping center, Wanda Plaza, is nearby, taxi costs only ~CNY10, where you can find lots of restaurants & Walmart, etc.
In overall, this property is good & worth of money.

DdingfrankLes installations de l'hôtel sont très récentes. L'hôtel est situé en bord de mer dans le district de Jimei. Il est complètement séparé de la mer. Il y a une piste de course spéciale le long de la côte. Le paysage est très beau. Il est très proche de la Garden Expo Park et le Tan Kah Kee Memorial Hall.
La pièce est grande et la vue extérieure est dégagée depuis les baies vitrées. Le lit et les draps sont neufs et confortables.
Le service est très chaleureux, attentionné et méticuleux, et les nombreux membres du personnel avec lesquels j'ai été en contact sont jeunes et très professionnels.
Un merci spécial à Xiao Tang pour avoir confirmé le vol par téléphone un jour à l'avance, proposé d'organiser une prise en charge et apporté un petit cadeau dans la chambre pour le saluer.
Je voudrais également remercier Lin Xiang, Huang Shaoxian et Li Guipeng pour leur enthousiasme et leur attention.
Les fruits et collations gratuits préparés dans la chambre sont très intimes.
Le thé de l'après-midi au Bay View Bar au 22ème étage de l'hôtel est exquis et délicieux.
Le petit déjeuner est riche en variété, compatible avec le chinois et l'occidental.

Il y avait de vastes fenêtres et la vue était la route tranquille en bas et deux petites montagnes à la distance. Le lit et les pièges étaient fermes et très bons à dormir. Bon pour se détendre après un long jour de tour ou de travail. Il y avait une petite table de table ainsi que quelques espaces ou de l'espace pour travailler et mettre vos autres choses. La salle de bains est entièrement automatisée, il est très confortable d'utiliser. Le restaurant est très confortable et vous avez besoin de bienvenue. La chambre est très confortable et très confortable. Le petit déjeuner de l'hôtel est très bon pour vous, mais vous n'avez pas le temps de vous accueillir.

IInvitéJe veux toujours séjourner dans un hôtel propre et hygiénique comme celui-ci, et je n'ai pas été déçu. J'ai dormi très confortablement cette nuit-là. Nous avons séjourné dans un B&B le premier jour à Xiamen parce que la literie était inconfortable, nous avons donc décidé de la changer. Cet hôtel n'a pas seulement des lits. La salle de bain est confortable et il n'y a pas d'odeur. La séparation sèche et humide est très bonne et propre. Séjourner dans un hôtel propre et hygiénique rend le voyage un plaisir. , juste à l'intérieur de Center Street et juste en dessous se trouvent des magasins. L'endroit pour manger est très pratique. Le plus important est qu'il soit calme dans l'agitation. la rue piétonne animée en bas quand vous venez, vous ne sauriez jamais que cet hôtel est très calme quand vous séjournez en centre-ville. La réception Le petit frère est aussi très enthousiaste. Bref, je suis très satisfait de l'environnement d'hébergement de. Ibis lors de mon voyage à Xiamen.

IInvitéJe suis allé à Xiamen plusieurs fois au fil des ans mais je ne suis jamais sorti faire du tourisme. Cette fois, je suis venu ici spécifiquement pour un voyage tranquille. Je pense que c'est la chambre la plus satisfaisante. Le personnel de service est chaleureux. et poli. Ils ont également surclassé la chambre que j'ai réservée en ligne. La chambre est spacieuse et lumineuse, et le petit-déjeuner est copieux. Elle n'est pas loin du centre de croisière, de la rue piétonne Zhongshan Road, de Zengcuo'an et d'autres sites touristiques. J'aime les installations et les services de l'hôtel, ça vaut le coup de le recommander ^_^

EExpatThis hotel was priced above average considering the time of year and the neighboring hotels. I cannot say that my stay was very good here because of a few things. When I checked in the procedure for passport and everything was completed. They had to do the process again later that night. The water did go out while I stayed there but they fixed it within 20 minutes. The neighboring hotel and beach were doing construction, so I had lots of noise going on out my window early in the morning. The location is good because it’s close to the beach, however the dining advertised is at the hotel next to it. I did ask the Trip.com app to update the information for the hotel because the breakfast included was not what they would typically serve because they confirmed it depended on the number of guests. I could not eat the food that they offered me and they were not willing to adjust the price. trip.com offered me trip coins, however my overall stay here was disappointing because even the car gate was having delays. There were things such as maybe teabags or cotton swabs that I asked to have in the room, but none of those are offered. The view is very nice. The cleaning staff is very friendly. However their breakfast area was just an empty banquet room with empty shaving dishes and they had a family temporally making plates of whatever they decided. I definitely think this hotel needs to have some love and attention, especially considering that the neighboring hotels are upgrading their properties. I feel that the rates should’ve been lower considering all of the construction in the walkways behind the hotel. I honestly have no clue have dinner was available or not. I saw a total of three staff members there and then the family of three making the place of breakfast in the two days. The price of the hotel changed by 200 yuan in Trip.com in less than 12 hours on the day that I reserved. Only difference was that breakfast was not included.

Staff at the hotel are attentive and conscientious, however overly zealous about upselling the benefits of the club lounge rooms. Club lounge is small, doesn’t have much to offer by way of snacks. Very limited food options at breakfast. Doesn’t open of offer anything around lunchtime and has limited options for dinner. Ok if you’re a drinker, but range of spirits is small.
Didn’t feel I received value for money for the upgrade. My clients and I ended up eating at the main restaurant for breakfast, which was not included in the club price?
Also, the views from the club floor rooms were not river views- we overlooked the noisy bar street at the building across the road.
Had a problem getting fruit to my room over my 4 day stay, so had to go out and buy Bananas for myself.
Another issues was that despite leaving the room available and arranging with reception for housekeeping to clean the room in time for me to have a video conference call without interruptions, they did not and so, i was interrupted during my call and had to repeatedly explain and deal with housekeeping insisting on coming in!
The last straw for me was when reception neglected to extend my stay as requested the day before and so I had issues with my card and with checking in again, so I simply booked into another, more welcoming hotel.
Overall, the hotel is professional and well managed, but they do seem to have some problems co-ordinating back of house teams.

IInvitéMy elderly mom and I visited Xiamen for a 5D4N private trip. Booked Millennium Harbourview Hotel again on the 3rd and 4th day stay due to the superb and convenient location.
When we reached the hotel around 4 pm, we were greeted by a hotel staff wearing a black coat. He helped us to push our luggage bags from the main entrance until our room. We really appreciate his kindness.
From the hotel, turn right and walk along the road until you cross the traffic light and reach the end, turn right again until you reach Heping Wharf to onboard the ship for Lujiang night tour. 20 mins walk. There's 2 sessions available, 7.30 pm & 8 pm. It cost RMB109 perpax. The night tour took around 1 hour to finish.
The sky in Xiamen started to get bright at 5 am. If you can wake up early, this is the best time to go out and walk around the hotel surrounding area. It's cool and windy. It's a good time to take photos as only a few people and cars are on the street. It's very peaceful and safe to walk along the road. We didn't see any cat, dog, or birds on the street.
A 30 mins walk to Haibin Park to see the sea and Gulangyu Island. You may also rent a bicycle that is available at the roadside in front of the hotel.
There's many local food roadside stalls available in front of the hospital beside the hotel.
We requested the hotel staff to arrange a taxi to send us to airport T3 during checkout. The whole process took around 7 mins, from checkout until we board the taxi. We really appreciate the front door staff dressed in red uniform to call for the taxi and helped us to upload our luggage bags in the car. The journey to the airport took around 30 mins and cost us RMB50.
I hope the hotel management can consider changing the room mattress as it's too old. The pillow is too flat. Good for sleep but not for resting. The room is very clean, but the wooden headboard frame was sticky when i lay my head on it. The bathroom rain shower head needs a fix as cold water dripping down when i'm using the handheld showerhead.

IInvitéReally grateful for the free airport pickup. Added their number to my wechat and called them using wechat. Was given directions where to be picked up and asked to send a picture of how I look like. waited at the pickup point and even message them at exactly which location I'm at. Received a call later to ask where am I and also messaged me the car plate number. As the pickup point only allow 8mins of wait time, the driver was pretty pissed when I arrived. I mean, couldn't you have sent a picture of the car and the car plate number earlier?
Driver was smoking all the way while driving and I'm unfortunately seated behind him, breathing in all his smelly smoke. He opened his window but that didn't help, the wind has kept blowing the smoke into my face. Luckily it was a short drive. I feel that the hotel should educate their drivers not to smoke while driving. This is so selfish.
I got upgraded to a bigger room because they wanted me to give a good review. My room has a big window with the street view.
Room was clean and nice. Slippers given.
Toilet was badly designed. the shower head faces the toilet bowl and the sewage system is not good. After showering, the toilet flooded. I only realised the next morning that there are some buttons that you can switch on for ventilation in the toilet. The toilet was still flooded in the morning but I think if I have known about the buttons earlier, it would have been dried in the morning. The buttons are in chinese characters. Ask for help to decipher them.
The room has a projector but nothing was watchable. You need to have accounts to sign on to their various content provider.
The hotel is near a small street market with awesome and cheap food. There was also some supermarkets opened late into the night.
Cannot expect much from sound proofing as dead into the night, you can still hear food delivery rider delivering their food to occupants.
The driver in the morning did not smoke but when I told him that nobody asked me which terminal I'm going to, he insisted that it is impossible for them not to ask. I also cannot be bothered to argue. Why would I sabotage my own departure plans? Suggest that before the driver drives off, stressed which terminal you are going to. Terminal 3 for International flights, Terminal 4 for domestic flights. And they are not close to one another apparently.
Otherwise, the bed was quite comfy. The socket above the bedside table is almost falling off the wall.
