Great hotel that is nice and clean. We were assigned a non-smoking room on the 28/F which offered an amazing view of Longyan City. Very pleasant service and we would like to commend their staff Lisa Chung for her friendliness and making us felt much welcomed.
We left two jackets in the wardrobe on check out. The hotel called us but we were already on the High Speed Rail. The jackets were then couriered to us in Hong Kong in no time. Very efficient indeed.
Breakfast was also good value for money. Very pleasant stay overall. Will recommend Fliport chain of hotels to our friends.

Excellent stay at Atour Light. The front desk staff are incredible, especially ChenChen, who helped organise trips and deal with any issues that arose. They go above and beyond for you. The hotel also has little extras, like a free laundry service that give an even better experience.
Great location, right next to a huge shopping mall and a subway very close by.

Ouvrez la porte un peu de goût doux, puis ouvrez le climatisation ～ l'air dans la chambre est beaucoup mieux, pas de goût! Estimation que d'autres résidents fument dans la chambre et qu'il y aura un goût de fumée dans le couloir, mais pas entrer dans notre chambre, c'est difficile! La petite soeur de la réception, très amicale, passionnée, laissez cette expérience de séjour heureux! Je prendrai les vêtements lavés pour les sécher et les sécher. Très responsable de les transférer à des collègues de la classe de la main, nous allons prendre la réception demain matin! Notre chambre habite dans la petite zone, le repos est très calme, je suis fatigué de retourner une journée, la qualité du sommeil est bonne la nuit, pas perturbé! You spent almost 1 hour helping us to call Xiamen Airline to work out the details and patiently helped us on the payment mode which we were not familiar with. You were so kind to share your mobile data via hotspot with my husband's mobile phone during the 1 hour. J'ai été impressionné par le personnel de la première chambre Mlle JuanJuan Liao, elle était joyeuse, professionnelle et utile; je la qualifierais d'un des meilleurs personnels de l'hôtel que j'ai rencontrés. Le GM Paul Zhang a démontré comme un grand chef pendant ma séjour de 4 nuits à l'hôtel, il était très en main et offrait professionnelment un soutien à son personnel et à ses invités.
Ils sont un grand patrimoine pour la Société.

WWan SuwanThe apartment location is in good environment, going around with taxi is fair enough, however, the building itself doesn't exist on the map, only the neighbor one does, which made us difficult to find the right building when we first arrived, plus we have no idea that the check in room, is one of the room on the 5th floor, as in the address of the hotel, it just put room 501, 521 Gaolin Road, etc. I recommend to give more details to ease the check-in of the hotel description like, 'when arrive, please contact room 501 on the 5th floor to check in', also, the hotel should pin the exact building location on the map, otherwise, guests may get lost on first arrive like us, whereas people around don't speak English to help too.
The apartment itself is clean and in good condition with good space & layout. Facilities are good enough, except, the kitchen is kind of waste because there is no kitchenette at all, they only provide bottle water, glasses/paper cup & electric kettle in the kitchen, in which we expect a hotel apartment should have at least some kitchenette like tableware, cutlery, pot or pan (as they have electric stove) and at least a microwave oven & dishwashing liquid, which partly why we choose to stay in the apartment rather than normal hotel. This is one of the upset issues that we have for this stay.
The breakfast comes as McDonald's breakfast coupon consists of one small Berger & a drink, which is fine as McDonald is on the street level of the building itself.
Plus thing is that we can request for more bottle water & the disposable towel with no additional cost. Although the disposable towel is not so good to use as towel, they are still acceptable & hygienic, so, if you want more comfort, I suggest, bring your own towel. The washer works well, no dryer, but they provide hanger with drying space where there are windows open.
The nearest large shopping center, Wanda Plaza, is nearby, taxi costs only ~CNY10, where you can find lots of restaurants & Walmart, etc.
In overall, this property is good & worth of money.

DdingfrankLes installations de l'hôtel sont très récentes. L'hôtel est situé en bord de mer dans le district de Jimei. Il est complètement séparé de la mer. Il y a une piste de course spéciale le long de la côte. Le paysage est très beau. Il est très proche de la Garden Expo Park et le Tan Kah Kee Memorial Hall.
La pièce est grande et la vue extérieure est dégagée depuis les baies vitrées. Le lit et les draps sont neufs et confortables.
Le service est très chaleureux, attentionné et méticuleux, et les nombreux membres du personnel avec lesquels j'ai été en contact sont jeunes et très professionnels.
Un merci spécial à Xiao Tang pour avoir confirmé le vol par téléphone un jour à l'avance, proposé d'organiser une prise en charge et apporté un petit cadeau dans la chambre pour le saluer.
Je voudrais également remercier Lin Xiang, Huang Shaoxian et Li Guipeng pour leur enthousiasme et leur attention.
Les fruits et collations gratuits préparés dans la chambre sont très intimes.
Le thé de l'après-midi au Bay View Bar au 22ème étage de l'hôtel est exquis et délicieux.
Le petit déjeuner est riche en variété, compatible avec le chinois et l'occidental.

IInvitéLe premier jour, nous avons été déçus parce qu'ils nous ont mis dans une petite chambre que nous n'avons pas pensé valable le prix que nous avons payé. Il y avait de vastes fenêtres et la vue était la route tranquille en bas et deux petites montagnes à la distance. Le lit et les pièges étaient fermes et très bons à dormir. Bon pour se détendre après un long jour de tour ou de travail. Il y avait une petite table de table ainsi que quelques espaces ou de l'espace pour travailler et mettre vos autres choses. La salle de bains est entièrement automatisée, il est très confortable d'utiliser. Le restaurant est très confortable et vous avez besoin de bienvenue. La chambre est très confortable et très confortable. Le petit déjeuner de l'hôtel est très bon pour vous, mais vous n'avez pas le temps de vous accueillir.

Great and impeccable service from the executive lounge staff, including Alma. We'll definitely be back in Swiss Grand in our next trip to Xiamen.

IInvitéJe veux toujours séjourner dans un hôtel propre et hygiénique comme celui-ci, et je n'ai pas été déçu. J'ai dormi très confortablement cette nuit-là. Nous avons séjourné dans un B&B le premier jour à Xiamen parce que la literie était inconfortable, nous avons donc décidé de la changer. Cet hôtel n'a pas seulement des lits. La salle de bain est confortable et il n'y a pas d'odeur. La séparation sèche et humide est très bonne et propre. Séjourner dans un hôtel propre et hygiénique rend le voyage un plaisir. , juste à l'intérieur de Center Street et juste en dessous se trouvent des magasins. L'endroit pour manger est très pratique. Le plus important est qu'il soit calme dans l'agitation. la rue piétonne animée en bas quand vous venez, vous ne sauriez jamais que cet hôtel est très calme quand vous séjournez en centre-ville. La réception Le petit frère est aussi très enthousiaste. Bref, je suis très satisfait de l'environnement d'hébergement de. Ibis lors de mon voyage à Xiamen.

IInvitéJe suis allé à Xiamen plusieurs fois au fil des ans mais je ne suis jamais sorti faire du tourisme. Cette fois, je suis venu ici spécifiquement pour un voyage tranquille. Je pense que c'est la chambre la plus satisfaisante. Le personnel de service est chaleureux. et poli. Ils ont également surclassé la chambre que j'ai réservée en ligne. La chambre est spacieuse et lumineuse, et le petit-déjeuner est copieux. Elle n'est pas loin du centre de croisière, de la rue piétonne Zhongshan Road, de Zengcuo'an et d'autres sites touristiques. J'aime les installations et les services de l'hôtel, ça vaut le coup de le recommander ^_^

EExpatThis hotel was priced above average considering the time of year and the neighboring hotels. I cannot say that my stay was very good here because of a few things. When I checked in the procedure for passport and everything was completed. They had to do the process again later that night. The water did go out while I stayed there but they fixed it within 20 minutes. The neighboring hotel and beach were doing construction, so I had lots of noise going on out my window early in the morning. The location is good because it’s close to the beach, however the dining advertised is at the hotel next to it. I did ask the Trip.com app to update the information for the hotel because the breakfast included was not what they would typically serve because they confirmed it depended on the number of guests. I could not eat the food that they offered me and they were not willing to adjust the price. trip.com offered me trip coins, however my overall stay here was disappointing because even the car gate was having delays. There were things such as maybe teabags or cotton swabs that I asked to have in the room, but none of those are offered. The view is very nice. The cleaning staff is very friendly. However their breakfast area was just an empty banquet room with empty shaving dishes and they had a family temporally making plates of whatever they decided. I definitely think this hotel needs to have some love and attention, especially considering that the neighboring hotels are upgrading their properties. I feel that the rates should’ve been lower considering all of the construction in the walkways behind the hotel. I honestly have no clue have dinner was available or not. I saw a total of three staff members there and then the family of three making the place of breakfast in the two days. The price of the hotel changed by 200 yuan in Trip.com in less than 12 hours on the day that I reserved. Only difference was that breakfast was not included.

When we reached the hotel around 4 pm, we were greeted by a hotel staff wearing a black coat. He helped us to push our luggage bags from the main entrance until our room. We really appreciate his kindness.
From the hotel, turn right and walk along the road until you cross the traffic light and reach the end, turn right again until you reach Heping Wharf to onboard the ship for Lujiang night tour. 20 mins walk. The sky in Xiamen started to get bright at 5 am. If you can wake up early, this is the best time to go out and walk around the hotel surrounding area. It's cool and windy. It's a good time to take photos as only a few people and cars are on the street. It's very peaceful and safe to walk along the road. We didn't see any cat, dog, or birds on the street.
A 30 mins walk to Haibin Park to see the sea and Gulangyu Island. You may also rent a bicycle that is available at the roadside in front of the hotel.
There's many local food roadside stalls available in front of the hospital beside the hotel.
We requested the hotel staff to arrange a taxi to send us to airport T3 during checkout. The whole process took around 7 mins, from checkout until we board the taxi. We really appreciate the front door staff dressed in red uniform to call for the taxi and helped us to upload our luggage bags in the car. The journey to the airport took around 30 mins and cost us RMB50.
I hope the hotel management can consider changing the room mattress as it's too old. The pillow is too flat. Good for sleep but not for resting. The room is very clean, but the wooden headboard frame was sticky when i lay my head on it. The bathroom rain shower head needs a fix as cold water dripping down when i'm using the handheld showerhead.

IInvitéReally grateful for the free airport pickup. Added their number to my wechat and called them using wechat. Was given directions where to be picked up and asked to send a picture of how I look like. waited at the pickup point and even message them at exactly which location I'm at. Received a call later to ask where am I and also messaged me the car plate number. As the pickup point only allow 8mins of wait time, the driver was pretty pissed when I arrived. I mean, couldn't you have sent a picture of the car and the car plate number earlier?
Driver was smoking all the way while driving and I'm unfortunately seated behind him, breathing in all his smelly smoke. He opened his window but that didn't help, the wind has kept blowing the smoke into my face. Luckily it was a short drive. I feel that the hotel should educate their drivers not to smoke while driving. This is so selfish.
I got upgraded to a bigger room because they wanted me to give a good review. My room has a big window with the street view.
Room was clean and nice. Slippers given.
Toilet was badly designed. the shower head faces the toilet bowl and the sewage system is not good. After showering, the toilet flooded. I only realised the next morning that there are some buttons that you can switch on for ventilation in the toilet. The toilet was still flooded in the morning but I think if I have known about the buttons earlier, it would have been dried in the morning. The buttons are in chinese characters. Ask for help to decipher them.
The room has a projector but nothing was watchable. You need to have accounts to sign on to their various content provider.
The hotel is near a small street market with awesome and cheap food. There was also some supermarkets opened late into the night.
Cannot expect much from sound proofing as dead into the night, you can still hear food delivery rider delivering their food to occupants.
The driver in the morning did not smoke but when I told him that nobody asked me which terminal I'm going to, he insisted that it is impossible for them not to ask. I also cannot be bothered to argue. Why would I sabotage my own departure plans? Suggest that before the driver drives off, stressed which terminal you are going to. Terminal 3 for International flights, Terminal 4 for domestic flights. And they are not close to one another apparently.
Otherwise, the bed was quite comfy. The socket above the bedside table is almost falling off the wall.
