這次入住比較折騰，一共換了3個房間。辦理入住後，進入房間，發現床鋪、廁所、洗手枱亂七八糟，完全一副上一波客人離開後並沒有打掃的狀態，當下的體驗感極其不舒服。房間沒有座機，衹能跑去樓下前台反應，前台並沒有一句抱歉的話，然後給換了房卡更換了房間。晚上回到房間，發現沒有Wi-Fi，再次反映情況，沒有座機實在不便，後被告知，客人入住都會提醒加微信，有事可以微信聯繫，但是我辦理入住時，並沒有被告知加微信事宜。期間我在房間被一根東西絆到，仔細看了之後發現是地板連接處的竹片老化脱膠翹起。後有工作人員過來給處理Wi-Fi情況，這個過程中也被那個竹片絆到，因為竹片比較鋒利，怕小朋友受傷，再次換房間。大晚上行李比較多，一趟趟搬行李，屬實心累了。ps：房間未打掃沒有拍照，竹片拍照了！
