C'est la troisième fois que je choisis de séjourner dans cet hôtel Fliport Garden. Son service chaleureux, son environnement de loisirs et de divertissement confortable et sa chambre soignée et propre ont permis à mon voyage d'affaires de se terminer avec succès. Chaque fois que je reviens à l’hôtel de l’extérieur, j’ai vraiment l’impression d’être chez moi. Surtout Mme Chen Qiaomei, la contremaître à la réception, sourit toujours et met les gens à l'aise. En bref, chaque personnel de service ici est très bon !! Je resterai certainement avec eux chaque fois que je viendrai à Xiamen à l'avenir.

Dans l'ensemble, c'est toujours bon. C'est un bon choix pour le transfert à l'aéroport.
Parce que cet hôtel devrait être celui le plus proche de l'aéroport de Xiamen Gaoqi. C'est très bien pour un court repos. De plus, des navettes seront mises en place pour récupérer et déposer les clients de l'aéroport à l'hôtel.

The location is not near SM City, as the name implied. Nevertheless, there are lots of food eateries nearby at local prices. The room is comfortable enough and reception service is good. They should have a doorman as some inconsiderate drivers park at main entrance and block everybody off. It happened twice in my 4 days stay there. I requested for a non-smoking room, it was located at level 2. But there is a big hall there with events and smokers are smoking there as there are ash trays provided. This should have been better managed as the smoke travel to the entire floor.

This place is exquisite! The service, the people and the environment was exceptional. Justin and his colleagues made sure we were taken care of, even booking our spa day for us because we don't speak Chinese. Sometimes things are harder to navigate when you don't speak the language but they made sure we were always taken care of. Thank you all for making Xiamen an amazing experience for us. We would stay here again in a heart beat!

The hotel exceeded my expectations, new and clean, perfect location. All staff were friendly and helpful. Free drink fridge in the lobby is awesome, can grab a drink whenever needed saves some mon koey but most importantly saves the trouble to go to a store for more drinks as it was hot while we were in Xiamen. They even provide contact lenses case for free in case one forgets to bring one.
This will definitly be my go to hotel when I visit Xiamen again in the future.

Parlons d'abord des défauts : il n'y a pas de moquette et le sol n'est pas insonorisé + la chaise est très lourde et ne peut pas être soulevée. Elle fait beaucoup de bruit lorsqu'on la traîne sur le sol (écoutez la vidéo ci-dessous). tu as le cœur faible, tu ne peux pas vivre là-bas ! Le premier jour, au milieu de la nuit, je traînais encore des chaises à l'étage, je me suis réveillé plusieurs fois et j'étais sur le point d'avoir une crise cardiaque😓. Pour être honnête, il n'y a vraiment aucun bruit du viaduc devant la fenêtre. C'est juste le sol et les chaises. C'est vraiment impossible de ne pas les changer !
L'ascenseur est trop petit et rudimentaire.
Avantages : Très proche de la rue piétonne Zhongshan Road à Bashi. Pratique pour manger et faire du shopping.

L'emplacement est impeccable. Vous pouvez marcher jusqu'au bout de la rue piétonne Zhongshan Road et à 20 minutes à pied de la station de métro Pier Ferry. Il est très pratique de visiter la rue piétonne Zhongshan Road la nuit. Vous pouvez trouver de tout, des nouilles Shacha à la soupe aux cacahuètes. aux fruits de mer. Les stands de nourriture ont tout ce dont vous avez besoin, les installations sont moyennes, la salle n'est pas grande, il y a une petite cour, mais en fait c'est comme une cour sans fenêtre, il n'y a pas de fenêtre donnant sur l'extérieur, mais la caractéristique principale est la tente toboggan, Big Mouth Monkey, les petits amis l'aiment beaucoup

We booked a room with a king bed and a double bed in the mezzanine. The staff was super helpful from check in right to check out, including helping us book a taxi to the pier. The room is really spacious and the location is superb, being right on the Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street. I highly recommend this hotel!

DdingfrankLes installations de l'hôtel sont très récentes. L'hôtel est situé en bord de mer dans le district de Jimei. Il est complètement séparé de la mer. Il y a une piste de course spéciale le long de la côte. Le paysage est très beau. Il est très proche de la Garden Expo Park et le Tan Kah Kee Memorial Hall.
La pièce est grande et la vue extérieure est dégagée depuis les baies vitrées. Le lit et les draps sont neufs et confortables.
Le service est très chaleureux, attentionné et méticuleux, et les nombreux membres du personnel avec lesquels j'ai été en contact sont jeunes et très professionnels.
Un merci spécial à Xiao Tang pour avoir confirmé le vol par téléphone un jour à l'avance, proposé d'organiser une prise en charge et apporté un petit cadeau dans la chambre pour le saluer.
Je voudrais également remercier Lin Xiang, Huang Shaoxian et Li Guipeng pour leur enthousiasme et leur attention.
Les fruits et collations gratuits préparés dans la chambre sont très intimes.
Le thé de l'après-midi au Bay View Bar au 22ème étage de l'hôtel est exquis et délicieux.
Le petit déjeuner est riche en variété, compatible avec le chinois et l'occidental.

AAdamHad a wonderful stay with my small family at Xiamen Swiss Grand. The check in was very quick and the receptionist was so kind and tried to use English with us even though we can speak Chinese 😍. All their staff were so professional starting from the hotel car boy till the Ayi. Hygiene is so great. Room was very spacious with fantastic sea view. Not to forget the mouthwatering breakfast: OMG so many varieties especially western, we enjoyed the pastries most. All amenities are available here even kids can enjoy 3 hours playing for free, Yuna is the responsibile there and provided great service for the kids. Late checkout too without any disturbance to hurry up like some other hotels do. Price is affordable: you get what you pay for. It's recommended. Thank you Swiss Grand

RRam KondaAt first, we were disappointed because they put us into a small room that we felt was not worth the price we paid for. However, the next day they upgraded our room into a nice one with a separate toilet and shower area. There were wide windows and the view was the quiet road below and two small mountains in the distance. Not bad eh! This was the time we started feeling comfortable and relaxed in our 4 nights of stay here. The bed and pillows were firm and very good to sleep in. Good for relaxing after a long day of touring or working. There was a small dining table as well as some space or area to work and put your other stuff. The toilet is fully automated so it was really comfortable to use. The staff in general were accommodating and the female receptionist manning the lobby was always enthusiastic and helpful. On the other hand, location is far from downtown so it might cost you a bit more if you take the didi often. Also, breakfast fare was sparse when we were there, probably because it was still the tourist season. Not sure though but for whatever reason, when we got to the breakfast nook at around 8am, most of the food was gone. We had to wait for about 30 min for some trays to be refilled with food while the rest simply remained empty. If you don’t like local breakfast, then this hotel’s breakfast is not for you. Overall, it was a pleasant stay for us.

IInvitéJe veux toujours séjourner dans un hôtel propre et hygiénique comme celui-ci, et je n'ai pas été déçu. J'ai dormi très confortablement cette nuit-là. Nous avons séjourné dans un B&B le premier jour à Xiamen parce que la literie était inconfortable, nous avons donc décidé de la changer. Cet hôtel n'a pas seulement des lits. La salle de bain est confortable et il n'y a pas d'odeur. La séparation sèche et humide est très bonne et propre. Séjourner dans un hôtel propre et hygiénique rend le voyage un plaisir. , juste à l'intérieur de Center Street et juste en dessous se trouvent des magasins. L'endroit pour manger est très pratique. Le plus important est qu'il soit calme dans l'agitation. la rue piétonne animée en bas quand vous venez, vous ne sauriez jamais que cet hôtel est très calme quand vous séjournez en centre-ville. La réception Le petit frère est aussi très enthousiaste. Bref, je suis très satisfait de l'environnement d'hébergement de. Ibis lors de mon voyage à Xiamen.

EExpatThis hotel was priced above average considering the time of year and the neighboring hotels. I cannot say that my stay was very good here because of a few things. When I checked in the procedure for passport and everything was completed. They had to do the process again later that night. The water did go out while I stayed there but they fixed it within 20 minutes. The neighboring hotel and beach were doing construction, so I had lots of noise going on out my window early in the morning. The location is good because it’s close to the beach, however the dining advertised is at the hotel next to it. I did ask the Trip.com app to update the information for the hotel because the breakfast included was not what they would typically serve because they confirmed it depended on the number of guests. I could not eat the food that they offered me and they were not willing to adjust the price. trip.com offered me trip coins, however my overall stay here was disappointing because even the car gate was having delays. There were things such as maybe teabags or cotton swabs that I asked to have in the room, but none of those are offered. The view is very nice. The cleaning staff is very friendly. However their breakfast area was just an empty banquet room with empty shaving dishes and they had a family temporally making plates of whatever they decided. I definitely think this hotel needs to have some love and attention, especially considering that the neighboring hotels are upgrading their properties. I feel that the rates should’ve been lower considering all of the construction in the walkways behind the hotel. I honestly have no clue have dinner was available or not. I saw a total of three staff members there and then the family of three making the place of breakfast in the two days. The price of the hotel changed by 200 yuan in Trip.com in less than 12 hours on the day that I reserved. Only difference was that breakfast was not included.

IInvitéMy elderly mom and I visited Xiamen for a 5D4N private trip. Booked Millennium Harbourview Hotel again on the 3rd and 4th day stay due to the superb and convenient location.
When we reached the hotel around 4 pm, we were greeted by a hotel staff wearing a black coat. He helped us to push our luggage bags from the main entrance until our room. We really appreciate his kindness.
From the hotel, turn right and walk along the road until you cross the traffic light and reach the end, turn right again until you reach Heping Wharf to onboard the ship for Lujiang night tour. 20 mins walk. There's 2 sessions available, 7.30 pm & 8 pm. It cost RMB109 perpax. The night tour took around 1 hour to finish.
The sky in Xiamen started to get bright at 5 am. If you can wake up early, this is the best time to go out and walk around the hotel surrounding area. It's cool and windy. It's a good time to take photos as only a few people and cars are on the street. It's very peaceful and safe to walk along the road. We didn't see any cat, dog, or birds on the street.
A 30 mins walk to Haibin Park to see the sea and Gulangyu Island. You may also rent a bicycle that is available at the roadside in front of the hotel.
There's many local food roadside stalls available in front of the hospital beside the hotel.
We requested the hotel staff to arrange a taxi to send us to airport T3 during checkout. The whole process took around 7 mins, from checkout until we board the taxi. We really appreciate the front door staff dressed in red uniform to call for the taxi and helped us to upload our luggage bags in the car. The journey to the airport took around 30 mins and cost us RMB50.
I hope the hotel management can consider changing the room mattress as it's too old. The pillow is too flat. Good for sleep but not for resting. The room is very clean, but the wooden headboard frame was sticky when i lay my head on it. The bathroom rain shower head needs a fix as cold water dripping down when i'm using the handheld showerhead.

IInvitéReally grateful for the free airport pickup. Added their number to my wechat and called them using wechat. Was given directions where to be picked up and asked to send a picture of how I look like. waited at the pickup point and even message them at exactly which location I'm at. Received a call later to ask where am I and also messaged me the car plate number. As the pickup point only allow 8mins of wait time, the driver was pretty pissed when I arrived. I mean, couldn't you have sent a picture of the car and the car plate number earlier?
Driver was smoking all the way while driving and I'm unfortunately seated behind him, breathing in all his smelly smoke. He opened his window but that didn't help, the wind has kept blowing the smoke into my face. Luckily it was a short drive. I feel that the hotel should educate their drivers not to smoke while driving. This is so selfish.
I got upgraded to a bigger room because they wanted me to give a good review. My room has a big window with the street view.
Room was clean and nice. Slippers given.
Toilet was badly designed. the shower head faces the toilet bowl and the sewage system is not good. After showering, the toilet flooded. I only realised the next morning that there are some buttons that you can switch on for ventilation in the toilet. The toilet was still flooded in the morning but I think if I have known about the buttons earlier, it would have been dried in the morning. The buttons are in chinese characters. Ask for help to decipher them.
The room has a projector but nothing was watchable. You need to have accounts to sign on to their various content provider.
The hotel is near a small street market with awesome and cheap food. There was also some supermarkets opened late into the night.
Cannot expect much from sound proofing as dead into the night, you can still hear food delivery rider delivering their food to occupants.
The driver in the morning did not smoke but when I told him that nobody asked me which terminal I'm going to, he insisted that it is impossible for them not to ask. I also cannot be bothered to argue. Why would I sabotage my own departure plans? Suggest that before the driver drives off, stressed which terminal you are going to. Terminal 3 for International flights, Terminal 4 for domestic flights. And they are not close to one another apparently.
Otherwise, the bed was quite comfy. The socket above the bedside table is almost falling off the wall.
