住了兩晚，第一晚住的房間，廁所門居然沒有，馬桶又是壞的，那味道，大家都懂。第二天打電話讓前台換了一間，還好有廁所門，晚上洗澡，關了廁所門，洗完後發現廁所門打不開了，門鎖是壞的，當時都蒙了，搞了半天，然後發現廁所玻璃門下面是空的，然後回手掏，在外面把門打開了。真的差

在旅途中，我選擇了這家酒店作為休憩之地，真是明智之舉。從踏入大堂的那一刻起，就被其優雅的氛圍深深吸引。房間寬敞明亮，佈置温馨舒適，設施一應俱全，特別是那張大床，讓人一夜好眠。早餐豐富多樣，味蕾得到了極大的滿足。酒店員工服務態度熱情周到，讓人賓至如歸。這次住宿體驗，讓我對這家酒店讚不絕口，下次旅行還會選擇這裏。

We made a booking in this hotel and when we arrived there, our booking was cancelled for the woman in the reception. She told us that the system for registering foreigners was not working and that they couldn't host us. As in the trip.com webpage, it says that foreigners were allowed, we contacted customer service, and they helped us a lot, so in the end, we could stay there and "magically" the system for registering was working... we are really happy with the help of trip.com but not for the welcoming from the hotel. About the rooms, we think that they don't deserve the price that the hotel wants to charge. The toilet was not so clean, the dooknob from inside was broken, and the room was not amazing. We will put some pictures about a double room with 2 beds because it was the room that we had.

Great location but my room not really clean and staff not professional. Check in time took nearly one hour.

前台不接電話，地址難找，打電話前台一直不接電話，找了客服才回電話過來。酒店設施太差，五樓竟然還是樓梯，房間衞生條件堪憂，不忍直視！一個茶几墊子不知道是什麼東西，洗不乾淨，洗不出來就不要墊上，漱口杯裏面有白色不明液體，房間門裡鎖也有問題，半夜竟然還有不明人員敲門，安全隱患很大！這種酒店衹能住一次，體驗感太差了！
