He helps us a lot and always very welcoming The room was amazing very big and pretty, the balcony have pretty view on the beach, very quiet and peaceful The swimming pool is very clean with a pretty view on outside The breakfast is a big buffet with western food We forgot one shirt and Carle helps us to send it by mail Thank you so much for all the helps All the staff people are very nice and helpful The hotel propose also photography on the beach, very pretty pictures

This is absolutely my favorite place in Ningbo 😳😍. A free room upgrade! Because I booked through @trip.com. Benefits of being a member 😃😀Our stay was nothing short of an amaaaazing time. The hotel is close to the beach, beautiful sea view, the sunrise is breathtaking and the sea breeze is a cherry on top. The staff is very welcoming, sweet, patient and very helpful. Vic Guo was always available and hands on whenever we needed help, he speaks English which made everything easier. The rooms are beautiful and spacious 😍 and truly have the best views that will make you find it very hard to take your eyes off. I felt very comfortable in the room, the couch and bed are soft and comfortable, I must also mention the spacious walk in closet, if you are an over packer like me, you are definitely covered 😂. I felt home away from home, and that’s the kind of comfortability I needed and got 😉. Breakfast was delicious, there are so many options to choose from in the western restaurant. We also had lunch and dinner, which was as delicious. I absolutely recommend this hotel, my experience with Crowne Plaza is always top tier in every city 👌🥂

It’s one of my worse experiences in my life , I never can imagine how bad is it , all of the door from hotel to beach was closed , actually hotel don’t have any beach , you have to go outside of hotel and from other way go to the beach , 3 security man was near the beach and don’t let anyone touch the water and they shouted by speaker anytime , you never feel any relax in this kind of place. I didn’t see any foreigner there , I booked 2nights but stayed one night Becouse of very bad feeling , but Breakfast was good and staff was very helpful

We had a good stay. The hotel staff Sam was very helpful. They gave us an upgrade, and we're attentive. Nice fireworks was organised on 31st night next to the beach thus, it was a grand start to the new year. Though, hardly any staff spoke English except for Sam, yet they were able to help via translation through WeChat. On 31st night the Buffet dinner just had Chinese food selection and not much vegetarian option, when we asked if they could do any other vegetarian dishes, the manager and the chef went out of their way, and to our surprise they served us Indian style fried rice and vegetables korma and barbecued veggies... What could be better than this thoughtful gesture... On top of that they made the dinner complimentary for us. Many thanks for your warm hospitality. We will certainly be back at this amazing hotel. 👍👍🙏🙏

出行前一天前台小鐘就熱情耐心地接待和講解，我們訂了高級海景房，到酒店後還給升級成海景套房，還送了挖沙玩具和131南京艦的票，娃喜歡的不得了！住店過程中有問題也隨時有人迴應解答！設施齊全，室內外都有適合小朋友玩的地方，衞生很乾凈，環境舒適視野寬敞，坐陽台上看海吃吃東西都美滋滋滴！最主要酒店下樓就是海灘！玩好就能回去梳洗！不費家長！而且在房間裏躺床上就能看海哈哈哈哈！下次還來！
