Overall this very good hotel with nice facilities. However I experience two incidents which downgraded service rank. On the first day in the restaurant person was smoking close to our table - should be separate area for smokers and nonsmokers, no reaction from personel. On the 2nd day when taking short clip of the cook preparing the meal, I was approached by the personel and asked not to record the staff, in other hotels staff is definitely more welcome to guests recording or taking photos. Not here.

酒店位置太加分了，10分鐘就可以到民發商圈，周邊美食店、便利店一應俱全，出行覓食都超方便。大堂設計很有格調，辦理入住時前台小姐姐效率超高，還主動幫忙提行李，細心講解了酒店的設施位置，甚至貼心推薦了本地的小眾打卡點。房間更是驚喜，一進去就聞到淡淡的清香，桌面、床品都一塵不染，連衞生間的縫隙都打掃得很乾凈。床墊和枕頭軟硬度剛好，認床的我居然一夜無夢睡到大天亮，隔音效果也超棒，完全聽不到外界噪音。浴室是乾濕分離設計，配備的洗浴用品香味很高級，早餐種類超豐富，既有本地特色的小籠包、豆腐腦，也有西式的麪包、煎蛋，廚師還能現場製作咖啡，口感完全不輸外面的咖啡館。臨走時前台還送了本地特產伴手禮，細節直接戳中人心。

環境不錯，房間很大，還送了我點小零食。早餐可以，早餐酒店服務人員都是小姐姐。退房之前買了酒店的襄陽牛肉麪禮包，裏面説是有6盒，還沒打開品嚐，希望不要讓我失望。希望酒店以後戒驕戒躁，繼續保持服務為本，精益求精的工作態度。
