房間比較乾淨，一家人出來旅遊，路過仙桃，説沔陽小鎮比較好玩，就選了性價比比較高的。説帶着娃一起的，特意給升級了房型。晚上很安靜，隔音效果也很好。但唯一不好的是，攜程給我升級到了下午2點退房，他們12點多就打電話來催我們退了，説今天來的客人比較多。這點確實讓人感覺很不好。

景區內的酒店，車子可以開進去，樓下還有一個便利店，開車去到景區裏也很方便，過年期間服務也很好。就是過年人太多了，早餐餐廳供應不了，不過可以諒解，希望以後能改進。送的賽車表演門票也很棒，很好看。

酒店設施比較新，衞生乾淨，離景區步行幾分鐘就可以到。
前台工作人員態度非常感謝，因為帶着長者孩子，怕吃了早餐後時間不夠遊玩，還幫我們延長了一小時退房。
然後，早餐部粉面崗位的一位皮膚白白的大姐，態度熱情，發自內心的笑容！我問她上班為啥這麼高興，她説她五十多歲了，活通透了，我説我以為她四十多呢，看上去真年輕，難道是因為心態好，就顯年輕？我們要向這位姐姐學習😊😊😊
萌寵樂園有兔子山羊孔雀。還有飛車表演，古風舞蹈表演，説起舞蹈表演，真是太厲害啦，台上五個唐風舞蹈的演員，台下我們一家四口跟她們拍照鼓掌！還有跳情侶民族舞的兩位演員！超級貴賓待遇啊！😊😊😊
雖然是因為現在淡季，遊客很少，但是整個園區還是比較整潔乾淨。路上還遇到一個可愛的大姐在掃蜘蛛網。因為我看到她在拿着掃把，我説防腐木地面這麼乾淨還掃呀。她説要掃蜘蛛網😊

昨天入住沔陽小鎮•白玉蘭酒店，體驗感很好👍。從預訂到入住和退房，體驗感拉滿，前台小姐姐很熱情，給我講解遊玩路線還貼心幫我房間提前通風透氣，詢問我喜歡的樓層，酒店共4層，房間很乾凈，每間都有陽台，風景好，環境優美。酒店早餐是自助餐式的，品種豐富，吃的很好。特別感謝前台小芳，主動詢問我的需求，有求必應，退房時要坐車去火車站，還幫我預訂了專車。服務態度很棒！下次還會再來👍👍

酒店乾淨衞生，服務員態度很好，積極主動，我們一行有長者和小孩，問題比較多，特別是前台毛毛很耐心的為我們解決所有問題，也對我們特別關照了，用擺渡車送我們去吃飯。早餐也很不錯，值得推薦。

可能是今年新開的一個酒店，設施各方面都挺好的，房間很整潔乾淨！位置也比較好找！唯一的缺點，景區的擺渡車不能提供使用，都需要靠自己走！
缺點:園區有點太商業化了！
優點:小朋友遊玩的地方很大，就是離酒店太遠！
早餐確實很不錯！！！品種很多
