La chambre était très agréable. Après tout, c'est un hôtel quatre étoiles et un hôtel lié à l'étranger. Je pense que le rapport qualité/prix est très élevé. Cependant, j'ai jeté un coup d'œil et j'ai découvert qu'il est effectivement interdit de fumer et que personne dans notre groupe ne fume non plus. Le personnel de service est très enthousiaste et gentil. L'expérience hôtelière est très bonne. Dans le centre-ville le plus prospère de la ville de Xining, il est pratique d'aller partout. La nourriture à proximité ne coûte qu'environ 10 yuans en taxi, ce qui est génial.

This is honestly the best deal in town. I have been coming to Xining for 10 years, stayed in different hotels each time. This is for sure my favourite one and the best deal in this range of prices.
First, the location. Right in the city centre, with a lot of taxis coming by (this can be an issue for hotels in other locations, where taxis are more rare). It is super convenient and one can reach any part of town efficiently and quickly. There are many buses that go from here to anywhere in town.
Second, the quality of the room, of the bed (super super cosy and comfortable, which is really nice after travelling roughly for two weeks in the nearby countryside), the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. Very good hygiene products, not cheap toothpaste and soap like in other hotels.
Third, and most importantly, the quality and warmth of the service. At the reception, the employees are very friendly and understanding, very warm-hearted, You feel really welcome in this hotel. They have helped me in several ways. especially Mrs Jane and Mrs Sunny Bai: fantastic people! They also speak English! Makes the whole stay memorable, enjoyable, relaxing.
I will surely come back here next time. This is an upper-tier hotel made available with affordable prices.

Definitely the worst experience ever for a 4-star hotel.
The one and only good thing about this hotel is the nice and helpful room service lady. The rest are just really unpleasant:
- Unprofessional front desk, rather unfriendly
- Although the hotel claims to accept foreigners, you cannot pay with a normal credit card. Further, the front desk refused to help you with this issue
- Extremely smelly room ( strong smell of smoke and aged room)
- Mini fridge doesn’t work
- Everything’s just borderline moldy
