Nice hotel in a relaxing area - nice breeze at night
However it can seen that the hotel starts to show sign of wear and tear… also the screen on top of the room needs cleaning , its dusty and cannot see much when we opened the screen

Its May 2024. The reception was ******. That counter boy asked us lot of rubbish questions, ie. our full journey details from flight details to lodging to driver details. When we reached there, its our 10th day! Hello, are you pleased with this kind of treament? ... that we didnt encountered in all our previous stays. The management was generally cold but the workers helpful.
The hotel is well maintained, esp the flowers and garden. The location is good and next to a grassland. The food and coffee are good.
each unit has got a glass window above the bed for stars watching, but the glass is covered with a layer of dust.

23年住過一次，25年來那拉提又毫不猶豫選擇了牧星谷，就在草原旁邊，打開門就是草原，每個房間都有露台，我們玩累了就回來在露台上打牌嗑瓜子。酒店旁邊就有馬隊，玩完回來還可以騎馬！重點來了，強烈推薦一日三餐都在酒店解決，酒店的菜比外面街上的餐廳好吃太多了！！！！我們連續吃了兩頓！！

這家酒店服務很好，就是房間的衞生差了些衞生間都是頭髮，床上還有死蒼蠅🪰，房間有蟲子飛來飛去，被我母親給打死了，早上也被蜜蜂🐝的生意吵醒，原計劃要住兩晚後來還是改換其他酒店了，就是這個衞生配不上680一晚的價格。

設施：配套齊全，水温很高，水量很大，不過限制15分鐘，廁所沒有排氣扇是一個缺點。
衞生：很好，很乾凈
環境：很幽深，很安靜，晚上抬頭星空
服務：有管家專門拿行李，態度很好。
早餐很不錯，自助的，還有專門的廚師現做，不是預製品。

三個姐妹住的，大家一致讓我必須給大好評，從衞生 到設施 到服務 到價格，無可挑剔！馬桶是TOTO的，有大投影，180度玻璃落地窗，酒店提供燒烤爐，讓我們第一次到那拉提居然吃到自己烤的肉串，酒店幾公里的鎮上可以買到食材，酒店後廚可以幫我們清洗切一下 自己串和烤就可以，完美！

隔壁攜程農莊滿房，老婆和兒子住那邊，我衹能住這個，這個也相當不錯，就是在草原裏，開窗可以看到牛啊，羊啊，馬啊。相當可以，和大自然融為一體，天氣好可以看星空，可惜昨天下雨，下次有機會再來。

優點：僱了很多人提行李，人工服務還不錯。附近景色很好，花草有用心佈局。小紅書看得出來花了不少錢推廣，很多小團也選這家。
缺點：陽台門難開，天幕很臟聊勝於無；廁所門關不上，還有異味、沒排風扇；花灑水跟水槍一樣水大，洗完澡地面可以養魚，第二天早上水都排不乾淨；開關燈居然需要起床去門口關，床邊沒有開關。
其他：來的兩天酒店附近網絡全崩，傳不了照片也沒法用投影儀看電影，白費。來之前**上房費還便宜一百，哈哈。
