VVitto1988Très bon rapport qualité/prix, pas trop loin de l'aéroport (même s'il n'y a pas grand chose à proximité, mais facile de se déplacer en taxi à Zhengzhou) et le personnel est super gentil et serviable. Le petit déjeuner est très local mais correct. Très propre

AAzrael.AI stayed here for one night during a flight layover, and it was a great experience. The owner was incredibly helpful and kind — he even spoke directly to my taxi driver to make sure they found the place easily. Airport transit was smooth and free, which made everything super convenient. Perfect for a short stay if you’re in transit. Highly recommend!

IInvitéLa pièce est assez grande et agréable à vivre. Je dois dire que le service de Caifu est assez excellent, en particulier Maître Zhang, qui nous a envoyés à l'aéroport depuis Caifu. Il nous a aidés à obtenir nos cartes d'embarquement jusqu'au bout. Il savait que ce n'était pas facile pour nous d'avoir deux enfants, alors. il nous a emmenés secrètement là-bas. Nous sommes allés au comptoir accéléré pour obtenir nos cartes d'embarquement. Merci, Maître Zhang, pour votre bravo à l'hôtel et au personnel !

IInvitéLa dernière fois que vous avez fait votre voyage, vous n'êtes pas dans cet hôtel, cette fois-ci, c'est mieux que dans le milieu de ce magasin à deux lacs. Et l'annonce dit que « on est à Wanxia », il est très désireux d'expérimenter le sentiment qu'il est à Wanxia à la maison. Les bus de trois routes sont allés à la porte du magasin, à 1 kilomètre de la station de métro du lac du Dual-Lac, et le voyage est très pratique. La dame qui s'est installée m'a donné une chambre avec une fenêtre de terrain et m'a dit que le service de la chambre était très bon. Il est meilleur dans la chambre que je ne le pense : vêtements personnalisés, lit, canapé, tête de lit avec une lampe à air. Les épices blanches utilisées dans le lit sont vraiment nouveaux et les mains sont bonnes. Dans d'autres magasins, on craint que quatre ensembles de toilette soient toujours posés une fois de plus, et il n'y a pas de telle inquiétude à rester dans ce magasin. Les produits à usage unique sont entièrement personnalisés avec des mots d'hôtel à vingt-dix. Les dents sont pesés assez sur la main, ils n'ont pas changé de cheveux deux fois, les dents sont mous et les dents ne sont pas blessés. Comfort du transport, environnement magnifique, service intime, chambre d'hôtes haute, hygiène très propre, bonne qualité des fournitures uniques, il vaut la peine de le promouvoir.

Est-ce que le bureau de front de l'hôtel Xiao Li et Wang Fei petite sœur pour moi de m'inscrire, très qualifié, mais aussi très rapide, mais aussi gratuitement mise à niveau de la bonne chambre, et aider à faire une rencontre pour le service de réveil le lendemain et le service de livraison, et ensuite le petit sœur m'a également amené à la chambre, très intime pour me dire la chambre Wi-Fi mot de passe, l'hôtel au premier étage a un restaurant, petit déjeuner, déjeuner et dîner, le premier étage négatif il y a un saloon gratuit et lave-linge Les installations dans la chambre sont très perfecte, la chambre est également très grande, et la chambre est très confortable [Oui!]

IInvitéLe service était excellent. Je suis très reconnaissante au personnel de service du concierge qui m'a aidé, même après avoir quitté le bureau et le pays. Elle est vraiment allée au-dessus et au-delà pour aider !
La chambre était propre et j'ai aimé le swing dans la chambre! Beaucoup de restaurants à proximité et il y avait un spa à côté de la porte, que nous n'avons malheureusement pas eu le temps de aller. Nous avons dîné au restaurant à côté de l'hôtel et la nourriture était délicieuse. Le transfert aéroport gratuit était super convenable.

HHARUKA HANAOKAチェックイン時、当初案内された客室にタバコの匂いが残っていたため、部屋の変更をお願いしたところ、スタッフの方が迅速かつ柔軟に対応してくださり、別の快適な部屋へと替えていただけた。このように利用者の声に真摯に耳を傾け、適切な対応を行ってくれる姿勢は非常に好印象であった。
スタッフ全体の対応も終始丁寧で親切であり、安心して滞在することができた。特に感銘を受けたのは、早朝の時間帯にもかかわらず、空港までの送迎サービスを提供していただけたことである。通常であればタクシーの手配や交通手段に不安を覚える時間帯であるが、その点についても宿泊施設側が配慮してくれており、非常にありがたかった。
このホテルは新郑国際空港（Zhengzhou Xinzheng International Airport）を利用する旅行者にとって、まさに理想的なロケーションに位置している。空港までの距離が非常に近いため、万が一シャトルバスなどの交通機関が利用できない状況であっても、徒歩で空港にアクセス可能である。これにより、飛行機の出発時間に間に合わないという不安を感じることなく、安心して移動できる点が大きな魅力だと感じた。
総じて、立地条件、サービスの質、スタッフの対応など、すべてにおいて高水準のホスピタリティが感じられる宿泊施設であった。特に空港利用を予定している方には、強くおすすめしたい。
