先説好的地方，這是一個康養小鎮，沿着煙霞湖建造，是一個一個組團組成的小院。酒店房間還是挺好的，兩張1.5米的床，衞生做的挺好，小鎮內環境也很優美，小橋流水精緻優雅。作為一個温泉康養項目，裏面有咖啡店和簡餐。酒店房間會送兩張温泉票，因為頭一天在忻州古鎮泡過私湯就沒在這家泡了。這些都很滿意。唯獨要説的是這個酒店配了一箇中餐廳。菜做的味道還不錯。所以去吃了兩頓。第一頓的黑松露煎清遠雞雖然分量不太多但是味道很好，第二天又點了。結果第二天的炒糊了，我們因為趕時間所以跟餐廳經理説了情況之後就就接着把沒糊的地方先吃了一些。然後問經理怎麼處理，經理一直説這屬於鍋氣，是正常的。我真不知道是不是都黑成碳了也是鍋氣能吃下嘴。後來大廚出來説打折或者重做。我們趕時間就同意了打折。本來，這會還是可以結束的。問題是，經理給我報價是一共付218 元，説清遠雞（158一份）是打五折。這個價錢顯然是有點問題啊，因為我一眼就看出來價格不對，果然拿飯店的計算器一算，衹有189元。然後他又改口説打了7折。這就不太合適了吧。總之，這家酒店是OK的，也乾淨配套也不錯，而且客房部也給延退了，非常感謝。但是在處理餐廳菜品問題上還是需要再提升一下哈。

整體入住體驗還可以，房間很大，視野很好，工作人員都非常的熱情，前台的回覆專業且及時，還有下午的迎賓水果也比較精緻。温泉票需要單另買，游泳也是，但是室內水非常乾淨，好評。
説一下有待提升的點把，沒有乾洗及熨燙服務；minibar裏的飲料看着舊舊的，種類比較少，衹有3款；遺憾餐廳沒有送餐服務，衹能點外賣，酒店工作人員會送上來；午餐有火鍋和套餐，火鍋的肉卷中規中矩；早餐種類確實豐富，但是切片吐司和馬卡龍都有點硬，味道不是很好。
價格算是在山西五星比較高的了吧，既然定位度假型酒店，那麼相關的配套應該跟上才對，開業才一年左右，還需要很多完善和提升的地方，真心希望能做好，有着一日做成山西自己的‘‘clubmed‘’。

IInvitéLe centre de Wutaishan est un endroit très beau pour rester dans les montagnes tranquilles. L'hôtel était délicieuxment désigné et la chambre que j'avais était très spacieuse et confortable. Les services étaient très attentifs et personnels : le gestionnaire Chen et son équipe étaient très aimables et très bien accueillis. Ils m'ont assuré que j'avais tout ce que j'avais besoin pour mes missions quotidiennes, m'ont conduit à tous les temples et monastères (dans des distances raisonnables, bien sûr) que je voulais visiter chaque matin et m'ont recueilli le soir à l'hôtel. Mon séjour là était si beau que je l'ai prolongé pour deux jours plus, ce qui était encore loin d'être suffisant !
Le restaurant de l'hôtel était aussi très bon, la nourriture était de meilleure qualité et l'atmosphère était magnifique.

IInvitéCette visite sur cinq montagnes a accidentellement touché le peuple tibétain! La chambre est nouvelle et lumineuse. Écoutez le patron dire que cette année vient d'être ouverte, et qu'il n'y a pas de sensation de humidité de la vieille maison. La décoration est très caractérisée! Les meubles en bois originaux sont adaptés à l'élévation moderne, chaque coin est surpris. Il ne peut pas s'arrêter quand ils sont ～. Il neige juste quand ils sont venus. La chambre est très chaude. Assieds-toi sur le balcon pour boire un petit vin et la neige, le mouvement de la joie et du beau paysage! Et le prix est vraiment conscient! Je pensais que cette chambre à prix serait simple et que les installations ne perdront pas de niveau étoile. L'hôtel, la fenêtre de la terre est à Qingshan. Il y a une station de stationnement à la porte, parce que le véhicule n'est pas arrivé à la zone de la ville, le patron nous reçoit, très attentivement et chaleureux ! Super recommandé ! La prochaine fois, vous resterez ici !

IInvitéRésidence dans la petite cour de la soupe privée. L'hôtel est un vieux chalet chinois rénové dans la ville antique et il est possible de manger. L'entrée est lumineuse, l'ancien chalet de la porte, une piscine rouge, une petite soeur de la réception est enthousiaste. Un grand loisir public, un table-bouchon et une plante verte ont un sens de design. Venez prendre un café, un petit café, assis, vous pouvez voir le vieux paysage de la rue, vous pouvez parler avec vos amis... La chambre est large, la disposition est raisonnable, la table de riz à maïs, boire du café et manger de petits aliments. Le riz à manger un jour dans le bassin de soupe intérieur, la flore de la flore est chaude et désormais et agréable. Les produits de lit et les produits de bain sont très confortables. Il y a des fruits à fruits secs.

IInvité首先地理位置非常優秀，民宿周邊就有公交站，無論是去殊像寺還是五爺廟都非常方便，而且周邊餐館商店也一應俱全，停車也很好停。民宿整體雖然是兩層小樓，但是內部空間非常大，我們訂的家庭房，空間特別充足，衞生也很乾凈，最重要的是民宿的小姐姐態度特別好，非常和善，讓人有下一次繼續入住的慾望。總體評價特別棒，非常的令人滿意。如果再次來五台山，一定會繼續選擇這裏👍🏻

IInvitéThank you to the young owners and their parents for their hospitality during our short stay - for transporting my parents and I to and from restaurants for our meals and dropping us off at the main tourist attraction. Also special thanks to the 阿姨 for the delicious breakfast, her homemade mantou and pickles. Mrs Han was so generous in also helping us heat up leftovers takeaway from lunch for our dinner. The beds were comfortable. Initially the room was too warm but the young Mr Han helped to sort out the floor heating and heater so that the room was more comfortable. The recommended driver, Mr An, was very good, who brought us safely to Pingan.

IInvitéOt's a small boutique hotel . The room was large and new looking. It had a small living room with comfortable chairs. The bathroom is average size with good hot shower.
The location is very good with easy access to restaurants and grocery shops. Be aware that everything concerned with food is just that little bit more expensive than other cities in China. But I guess the cost of hauling everything up to wu tai shan is costly.
The hotel is also close to the central bus station.
The manger Tong Tian Tian was most helpful. She came to pick us up from the bus station, helped us to book a day tour of the 5 mountain temples. ( which had to be cancelled halfway due to a snowstorm on the mountain tops, where the main temples were.
She then helped us to get our partial redunds.
And then helped us to book bus tickets for onward travel to Datong.
She was really helpful. On our first day she dropped us off at a temple nearly 20 mins away.
So top marks for her customer service
The hotel is a little short on the normal facilities like gym , small room fridge in the room, a restaurant ( so no breakfast )

IInvitéJe commente rarement, mais cette expérience de service était vraiment médiocre. Dès notre emménagement, l’hôtel était loin de la gare. Le magasin a envoyé une voiture pour venir nous chercher, mais la direction ne se souciait pas de la livraison. La raison en est que les exigences locales exigent que nous le comprenions pour le moment. Ensuite, des guides touristiques gratuits vous seront fournis pour expliquer le voyage. Si vous devez payer l'essence lors de l'organisation d'une voiture, si vous ne payez pas, vous pouvez l'organiser vous-même. Ils ont également exprimé leur compréhension. Plus tard, parce que l'hôtel était trop loin de la gare, nous avons marché la majeure partie du chemin. Lorsque nous sommes rentrés à l'hôtel, ce n'était pas l'heure de partir. Nous avons discuté avec le patron si nous pouvions partir. plus tard. Le patron a dit qu'ils avaient tous été loués, donc ce serait un peu plus tard pour se comprendre. Mais ce que nous avons vu, c'est que personne n'est venu parce que le lendemain était lundi. En conséquence, après être monté à l'étage, la carte de la chambre n'a pas pu être saisie. Ce n'était pas encore l'heure de départ, j'étais déjà très fatigué et je ne pouvais pas entrer dans la chambre. Finalement, après le départ, ils nous ont demandé une caution de 100 yuans par carte de chambre. Je n'ai pas eu de demande aussi étrange dans un hôtel depuis longtemps. Ensuite, la caution a finalement été remboursée, et elle ne nous a été remise qu'une fois l'inspection du service terminée, on nous a donc demandé d'attendre à la réception. Dans l'ensemble, c'est la première fois que je vais à la montagne Wutai autant de fois et que je séjourne dans un hôtel aussi prétentieux. Je ne reviendrai certainement pas ici.

Very good location. Walking distance to the centre of Taiyuan Town temples. Cos, public buses sometimes are packed, Can choose walking if not tired. Traffic jam in the morning too.
Outside hotel is shopping street of the town. Hotel are near to 3 vegetarian restaurants. Can buy flowers baskets and fruits baskets from the shopping street flower n fruits stores if u wanna offering to Buddha. Flowers baskets are huge, price from RMB80. Fruits baskets RMB100. If buy from store outside temples, price might be more than shopping street price.
The hotel boss and staffs are very friendly and helpful. Always distributing bottles drinks to us when we leaving hotel.
Helped us book van to wutaishan mountain 5 terraces. And helped us book car for our one day trip out of the central, to the temples which are not so accessible by public buses (清凉寺，金阁寺, 竹林寺 and etc). Car booking half day trip is RMB300, full day RMB500. Recommended to book car, less walking up slope, driver can park car straight to temples car park.

結果全家都很滿意 房間超級寬敞 還有很多水晶原石擺件 景色應該算是最好的了 大白塔在修 小白塔能看見
上黛螺頂 去德克士 停車 都非常方便 晚上也很安靜
車子進五台山沒預約成功 在老闆的指導下順利進去
總之很滿意 已經推薦給朋友 下次去繼續住他家
