Le personnel de la réception est très serviable. L'environnement est propice à la détente. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

C'est vraiment proche de la gare JR, à quelques minutes seulement, super pratique. La chambre est super propre et plus grande que les hôtels ordinaires. Elle dispose également d'un fauteuil de massage. Vous pouvez détendre vos os la nuit lorsque vous êtes fatigué du shopping. Il y a aussi du désodorisant dans la pièce, qui peut être vaporisé sur les vêtements. Le service de l'hôtel est également super bon, super chaleureux et convivial, de beaux sourires😂😂 Et leur anglais est très bon, donc il n’y a aucun problème pour communiquer avec eux.

Rooms are spacious and the location is very near to the Yamagata station. A lot of amenities are provided in the reception area, and also there is 7/11 beside the hotel. Overall experience is very good.

The breakfast is good with many choices. Location is close to JR Station. A 24-hour Aeon Supermarket is right next behind the hotel.

Hotel is on the West Exit (bus to Zao/Sendai is on the East Exit) but is less than 10 minutes walk and feels more quiet. Rooms were good size and there were free drinks and ice cream in the lobby from the afternoon. There is a 24 hour supermarket behind the hotel, only negative is, there is no proper crossing in front of the hotel.

The location of the hotel is very good, next to JR, 7-11 and a supermarket. If you are driving, there are plenty of parking space (with charge). The hotel provided free drinks and ice cream in the lounge. The bed and pillows are comfortable.

The room is clean. Staff is friendly.
