The service was the best, the room was clean and nice.
There is no bathroom in the room,just the toilet , then have to bath at the onsen whick we love it.

Nice hotel located in Zao Onsen
Perfect location for people who go for skiing
Nice dinner and breakfast provided by a traditional Japanese style hotel
Onsen is quite small but comfortable enough
They have a nice rooftop, can go flaming during summer time, but too cold for us in Feb

ゲレンデからも比較的近い距離にありますが宿からゴンドラ乗り場までの送迎がいつでもしてもらえます。
受付の方の対応はとても丁寧で気持ち良く泊まれました！
またゴンドラ乗り場への送迎してくださる方もとても親切で色々と気にかけてくださったり、近いですが何度も送迎していただきましたが嫌な顔ひとつせず送っていただきました♪
今回は素泊まりだったのですが、料理がとても美味しいとのことで、次回蔵王温泉スキー場に行く際はここのお宿のご飯付きを利用したいと思ってます！
サービスもとても良かったですが客室もファブリーズやトイレの消臭スプレー、紙の手拭きもあったりと個人的に大満足している設備でした！
ここのお宿は本当にオススメできる素敵なお宿でした！！
また絶対に利用します！

雖然是傳統日式旅館，但有不是藝術品擺設，且長期播放鋼琴音樂，令人感覺悠閒舒適。食物質素比預期好，加入了西式元素，很滿意。
旅館有接駁巴士服務，但訂房過程沒有提供相關資料，我們自行步行到旅館，需時十多分鐘，在冬天積雪的情況下，有點狼狽。
