We checked in on 7/7/2025 and checked out on 8/7/2025 at this hotel. I booked 6 rooms for my clients visiting the Sani temple in the area. I wonder how they get 4.3 rating. The hotel’s management sucks, ***. 1.The entrance was blocked by a car they leaves us unable to park our Tempo bus. Moreover will did informed the receptionist but he told us he can’t do anything and we have to unload our baggage out the pavements. 2The rooms that one of the clients checked in, the toilet was so smelly. We did inform the room services ans they came over to check. We were informed that they will clean the toilet but came back with air freshener instead. 3Most of the rooms the power plugs did not work. 4 they was not welcome drinks as the temperature was so hot during that time. 5.The receptionists was cold and like “sombies” 6.At the restaurant the service was so slow and bad. The food was tasteless and poor quality. We ask for another bottle of water and was shocked to hear we have to pay 46 rupees. When we ask the manager he told it is not chargeable and free 7.They want to charge us 1000 rupees for 1 hour of extension during check out. 8.When we complain that the services was so poor, later the receptionist called and told we can extend 1 hr but we all declined. SO PLEASE DO NOT PATRONISE THIS HOTEL, PLEASE THERE IS ANOTHER HOTEL NEWLY OPEN TRY
