Excellent service from the staffs.
Our hotel package comes with afternoon set, and staffs had kindly upgrade our drinks to a more expensive drink from a standard coffee.
Hotel is new. Our room is big and clean and comes with all smart amenities. There's a Wanda mall down the road.
There's a river bridge opposite the hotel with beautiful night lights.
Had a very good stay here, and overall really value for money..

Stayed here for 2 nights. Location is near the Wanda mall. It’s also 10mins short drive to 网红墙. It’s a “smart” hotel with robots delivering your ordered food from Mei Tuan. Room is also controlled by AI assistant “Xiao Du”.
Hotel manager very helpful. He provides local information as well as facilitates guests queries effectively. Hotel provides free self service laundry on the 11th floor. You do need to understand Chinese to use it.
We were there in December and room central heating is too warm to our liking and cannot be controlled effectively within the room even with “Xiao Du”help. Housekeeping between the 2 days can be improve as well.
However I will still recommend this hotel if you are in YanJi.

這個酒店環境不錯，離機場非常近，打車幾分鐘。服務經理從入住就開始服務，照顧我們非常細緻，給的美食攻略也很具有參考值，房間打掃的很乾凈，床品也很好，附近有萬達，離網紅牆也不遠，點外賣可以叫機器人送上來，房間裏還有智能小度。小朋友玩得很開心。下次還要住這兒！

真的要吹爆這家酒店呀！入住前電話諮詢前台，前台小哥很認真耐心地回答我的問題（不知道姓名但是也要表揚一下）。解決不了的直接轉達給服務經理並回電告知我。之後張樂超經理加我微信，推薦了很多延吉美食，言辭間讓客人感受到了延吉的熱情。很幸運也很感謝張經理幫我升級到家庭套房，不用讓我來回奔波。張經理會提醒當天天氣，幫忙準備好下午茶，還會告知用餐時間，真的非常貼心細心，他真的是用心在對待客户。進出酒店禮賓部小姐姐都會打招呼，離店時還會幫客人拿行李，小小舉動也很暖心。早餐品種也很多，雖然寫的6：30-9：00，但是超過九點仍舊可以拿菜品，每天也會更換些菜品，不是一成不變，這個也要好評。家庭套房超級大，一個大客廳，兩張床，兩個衞生間，一個浴缸一個淋浴房，入住二大二小沒問題。酒店貼心的配備了充電線，加濕器和空氣凈化器。廁所內會放酒精棉，房間內放置兩套大人洗護的和一套小童洗護，馬桶也是智能馬桶。刷卡進門就能看到窗外景色，景觀非常棒。酒店離網紅牆很近，附近還有個萬達廣場，位置很不錯。

強烈推薦延吉這家紅菊酒店！酒店位置就在延河旁，房間寬敞明亮，衞生乾淨，各種設施一應俱全，智能馬桶、大浴缸用着超爽。酒店整體環境很美，特別是夜景。早餐相當豐富，當地特色小吃基本都有了。酒店工作人員從前台接待到值班經理，從房間保潔員到餐廳服務員（大部分是朝鮮🇰🇵姑娘）都特別友好，服務很周全，性價比超高！

對紅菊酒店十分不滿，主要是以下三點。1.客房床簾漏光（附圖是夜裡4點時照的），我和家人一宿沒睡好。2.我們一家四口消防設施如面罩等衹準備了兩套，消防檢查不知道怎麼通過3.由於夜裡沒睡好，早上希望送些早餐牛奶麪包到客房，然後趕飛機，結果被客房服務人員言辭拒絕（後來又打電話説可以提供，並且將責任推給北韓服務人員）。這個酒店根本達不到開業標準，服務更是差到不行，遠遠的落後於國內快捷酒店，以後再也不會再住了。
