Boutique hotel in the historical part of Yaroslavl, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, on the Kotorosl River embankment. It is located in a building that is an object of cultural heritage "House of residential Nesytova", built at the end of the XVIII century. Popular sights of the city are within walking distance: the Transfiguration Cathedral, the Yaroslavl Museum-Reserve, the Church of Elijah the Prophet and Tikhon, the Russian Drama Theater, the Golden Ring Ferris wheel, the park on Strelka, the Volga Embankment. The airport is 26 km away and the train station is 3.7 km away.

Уютный бутик-отель рядом с Богоявленским храмом и Ярославским Кремлём. Очень доброжелательные и внимательные сотрудницы на ресепшн. Номера новые, чистые, светлые. В номерах (у нас был Комфорт) и косметические принадлежности (шампунь, гель, кондиционер для волос - в дозаторах), зубные щетки, халаты, тапочки, чайная станция, вода в бутылочках. Общий интерьер отеля тоже интересный: коллекция ламп-горелок в холле очень красивая)) Есть лифт. Приятный запах в коридорах. Из минусов отмечу кафе в отеле: еда по меню вообще провал, блюда ниже среднего и по подаче и по вкусу, нас было четверо, и не понравилось никому( На завтраках ооочень тесная зона раздачи. Если один человек стоит возле горячего, второй уже не подойдёт ни к горячему, ни к тарелкам с холодными закусками. И ещё из минусов отсутствие москитных сеток на окнах...Насекомые залетают, конечно) Но в целом, общее впечатление очень хорошее и, думаю, во второй раз я бы снова выбрала этот отель, если цена останется приемлемой.

Отель новый, чистый, уютный. Находится на набережной, близко к историческому центру. Сантехника новая, есть зубн щетки, фен, воду пополняли ежедневно. Номера большие, комфортные. Мы были с ребёнком, и нас заселили пораньше. Благодарность персоналу!

«У нас еще 4 минуты, если что. Это на будущее»-сказала официантка гостю, который пришел на завтрак в 7:56, а не в 8:00. Не могу представить себе, чтобы услышала подобное замечание в Ницце или Дубае. Вот в этом отеле сделать гостю замечание , что гость пришел на 4 минуты раньше на завтра - официант считает нормальным! Люди в Ярославль, уважаемые менеджеры отеля, иногда приезжают работать, а не только отдыхать. И во всех отелях самое позднее начало завтрака - 7:30! Объясните это своим хамоватым сотрудникам, что гость пришедший в 7:56 не съест больше ваших рулетов с чесноком и майонезом, чем гость, который пришел в 8:00. Весь сервис - персонал ориентированный. Главное, чтобы официант еще 4 минуты прогоняла балду. Гость в этом отеле- просто кошелек с деньгами.
