Upon arrival to Yerevan our driver was directed to an address other the one I had booked with close proximity to Republic Square. Landlord carried our luggage's up from back alley of a restaurant, metal door cement stairs, and showed us his unit trying to promote it. After long arguments we agreed to stay three days. This was my first visit to homeland and it took me time to recover from the shock. At noon and after we checked out, next landlord called to tell us the address is going to be other the one we had booked online too. At this point, it was clear this was organized online hack of system or bookings. I told the landlord we are heading to the booked address to meet us there. We had luggage's and it started to rain. I had to let my daughter watch the luggage's at Republic square and walk to the unit where the second booking was. Two security guards approached us took the phone and gave it back saying you have no booking here. Four hours back and forth with no place to stay and under the rain in foreign land with my husband shivering under the tree and daughter stunned at the unprofessional behavior's of the people who are supposed to be in hospitality business and me running around looking for a place to stay and at the point of giving up, our path crossed with Manager of National Hotel, Sophia. Suddenly, we were at the care of a professional in hotel management and hospitality expert. She matched the price we were going to pay and gave us a unit on the spot. National hotel staff were ready to help us with different services and we settled down at a great location with all the amenities a tourist requires resting and catching up with where we left off. Next think we know, we are on a tour bus, touring the whole city. We met all kinds of people who made a difference. Sophia was the first to remind us that she was there for us if we needed anything. Pleasant to talk to, showed empathy, was responsive to our needs in a way that we decided to stick around and go nowhere else during the term of our visit. Fortunately we were able to cancel our next booking as well which had all of a sudden dropped from the list of ***********. I will follow up and investigate this further but in the meantime I owe Sophia a big thank you. I thank God for this miracle. I recommend the National Hotel and you can depend on it's manager Sophia. You will not be disappointed. Also, don't trust online booking as pictures you see might not exist and alternative solutions might not be what you were promised in the first place. Not all hotels provide same standard of service. We were lucky to end up with one that has high standards to deliver and commi**ent to satisfy visitors. We are forever gratefull. Much appreciated Sophia.

Небольшой уютный отель в центре города. Простой, но он и стоит недорого. Завтрак символический, но нам было достаточно. Нужно учитывать, что в отеле нет лифта, и подыматься на верхние этажи с чемоданами может быть неудобно. Есть кондиционер, холодильник с баром. С закрытыми окнами довольно тихо. Удобное место. Близко ко всему.

Bien situé et le personnel est extrêmement aimable et discret Le service et le petit déjeuner sont parfaits. Le personnel est très à l’écoute. Le petit déjeuner en particulier est très varié avec des plats bien cuisinés ( manque le pain Lavash arménien )

La chambre est très confortable et confortable. L'hôtel est situé à côté de la rue du parc d'Erevan (récentement appelé Diana Apcar Park). Le parc est une destination populaire pour les habitants. Il y a des options de cuisine dans le parc et sur les deux côtés de la rue. Les destinations touristiques bien connues, comme la place de la République et l'avenue du Nord, sont à deux pas.

Room was nice. Breakfast didn’t have many options. Location was superb. Near to the center, restaurants and Grocery stores. As tourist, obviously, we travel with small packages of to toiletries and makeup. The housekeeping trashed our packages which was really upsetting. But overall, it was a good stay

Le service est bon, vous aiderez à garer, le lit est également très confortable, la climatisation est également très bonne, l'hiver est très chaud

Nous avons eu un check-in tardif (environ 00:00), nous attendions, dans la chambre tout était propre, deux serviettes par personne, l'air conditionné est en place. Lit, serviettes - tout est parfaitement propre et smooth 👍🏻 Lit confortable, dorm bien. Les hôtes sont amis et non invasifs. Dans le centre, ils sont en taxi - ici c'est très cher (150-209). Nous sommes restés satisfaits.

Мы остановились в отеле буквально на пол дня. Приехали чуть раньше и попросили нас заселить не в 14, в 13,30, если есть такая возможность. Нам отказали , обосновав это тем, что заселение в 14. В общем, нас оставили в ждать в лобби , а наши чемоданы отнесли в номер. Хотелось бы всё-таки более гибкий подход к клиентам , тем более, что такая возможность была , судя по тому , что пребывание наших чемоданов в номере оказалось в приоритете )) А в целом Отель очень чистый, персонал приветливый.

Avec sa fille, la chambre est un grand lit avec balcon. L'hôtel a des produits de bains. Il a un bain tous les jours, un eau chaude et des pieds chauds, un savon, un bain de bains de bains de bains, 2 lits d'eau par jour. Le petit déjeuner, le restaurant a aussi de l'eau de boisson, prendre gratuitement, c'est mieux de penser, Il y a 2 œufs par jour. Le petit déjeuner est également très bon, les variétés sont riches, fruits, café, yogurt, soupe, œufs, etc., tous sont très délicieux. Le personnel de la réception est très enthousiaste et heureux d'aider les gens, c'est une expérience agréable de séjour.

Tout à Kesabella est tout ce qu'on a besoin en Arménie, nous nous sommes sentis en sécurité, la chambre a tout ce qu'on a besoin et sécurisé à côté de la propreté, l'atmosphère est très homie, le temps dans ce lieu est très bon, la nourriture était souple mais abordable. Les gens de Kesabella sont très gentils, ils sont accessibles et arrivent quand vous en avez besoin le plus. Pour un mois de séjour à Kesabella, ils sont devenus notre famille loin de chez nous. ❤️ Madame Maral a le meilleur jam en Arménie!! Je peux dire à coz que j'ai apporté des jams à la maison du supermarché, mais rien ne la frappe !! Si nous rentrons en Arménie, c'est notre logement, sans aucun doute. ❤️ Ils sont vraiment vrais au nom de leur hôtel. Kesa (Casa/House) Bella (beau) ... vraiment un beau endroit. Conseils: ce lieu est plus ou moins 5 km du centre. Alors préparez-vous à prendre un taxi, utilisez l'application Yandex. Mais très proche de l'aéroport, donc il n'y a pas besoin de se dépêcher. Le propriétaire lui-même vous ramènera et vous conduira à l'aéroport.. Quels autres demandes vous pouvez demander à droite? Tout est là !
