Avis : Lakeshore Hotel Yilan

Easy to check in by using the self checkin machine. Check out-just drop rooms keys into a designated box. What most of the hotel doesnt have is the spirit of holding all guest together at a party from 8pm-10pm. The hotel host a all the hotel guest to self enjoy some food & treats. I think it's a great idea. In terms of the location, must have transportation otherwise you can even travel to the night market. Hotel rooms are clean, but there isn't much hooks for u to hang towels even in the bathroom.

Bed was rather small for 2 persons and a bit too soft for my liking. Location is not very central, but quiet location if preferred

Friendly staff and easy check in. The room was clean and spacious and I would definitely stay here again.

Very poor service, if late over one hour check out, will charge you half day price. Don't visit that hotel any more.

Was upgraded to a bigger room with 2 double beds and with better view which was a plus! Free parking available and location was central for us to go to the different locations we planned to. Staff was friendly and kindly explained that they were an eco hotel and did not provide any disposable toiletries.

Pleasant experience at this hotel

One of the best hotel during my Taiwan trip. Room was big, clean and comfortable. Toilet came with a bidet. Underground parking was free. Good place to stay if you are driving.

地點略偏，交通不算方便，若自開車就OK。check in需要自己操作機器，不熟的話就不算方便。房間大小適中很乾淨且舒適。早餐是最大亮點，食材與菜色都很特別且好吃，非常推薦。

大致上不錯，但櫃檯人員堅持要訂單號碼不能用證件check in的態度住這麼多飯店從沒遇過。服務態度可以加強訓練

飯店位置偏僻，但是餐點都很不錯，夜晚有黑暗派派點心可以參加，早餐自助吧，讓人滿意，是會推薦朋友去的住的可能
