Hotel Pin Jiaoxi

This hotel has brought our whole experience up a next level & setting high benchmarks for our other & future hotel experience! Room, spacious family room..thou layout a bit weird toilet one end. Bath and shower the other end. Hotsprings was a good soak daily! Rem swim caps. N the games room was amazing! Kids & even adults had so much fun. Theres even DIY activity (paid) for children! There daily afternoon tea(simple but has wine) & daily supper provided. Supper was a feast! Also like late dinner. N as for afternoon tea, we only enjoy it on 1st day of check in as remaining days we were always out. Breakfast was a wide variety too. Ample self parking space & walkable to the night market streets! Highly recommend this hotel stay.

The double bunk concept works perfectly for the kids. They love it! The location is convenient, walking distance to convenient store and restaurants. The hotel offers many options for breakfast buffet, also provides afternoon tea and evening snacks! The food quality is one of the best, with great taste and excellent timing, just need to take note that during weekend the breakfast ends early. The 2nd floor game room and 1st floor water (hot spring jacuzzi) activities are just nice for the family with kids. Overall it is definitely worth the value. Only something to consider is the space in premier family room is quite congested where it is bit difficult to fit the stroller…

Has private onsen area in each room! Room was clean and tidy, and space is quite spacious for family room (2 double bed). Hotel includes game room and library, suitable for all age groups. They provide afternoon and evening snacks/dinner at specific times. Walking distance to a shopping street for food and snacks.

One of the recommended hotel in Yilan. Spaces room with good facilities. Enjoy the complementary afternoon tea and supper. About 15mins walking distance from train station. We are also enjoy the hot springs facilities in the room.

Stayed at Hotel PIN from 10/4/26 to 14/4/26. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from the time we checked in till we checked out. The staff were all very courteous, polite & helpful. They even helped with the setting up of the baby chair for our 2 x young kids during meal times. The rooms are very clean & it comes with a spa pool in every room. The housekeeping staff (Ben & Lemon) must be commended for keeping our rooms clean every single day we were there. The hotel also provides free tea break & supper everyday for its guest. The location is ideal & it is within walking distance to the Jiaoxi town areas with many convenience stores, nice local, street & Japanese food within 5 to 10mins walk. Overall a very pleasant stay at this hotel.

Very nice place with onsen inside the room. Suitable for families, with play room available for kids. There are also free teabreak and supper provided by the hotel

Great room amenities and services. Hot tubs in toilets, heated toilet bowl, dehumidifier, clean room overall. Housekeeping even tidy up your clothes that are on the bed. Welcome snack and evening snacks were a surprise on its quality. Wished their breakfast addon was cheaper though.

Very value for money for a family of 4, room is spacious and big. Queen bed can fit two toddlers. In room hot springs is very convenient and a nice touch to the hotel. Snacks were nice, breakfast buffet was not too bad. Hotel staff are friendly and warm, very kid friendly and pocket friendly hotel. Highly recommend :)

Enjoyed the in-room onsen. It’s also near to an onsen park. A little distance to the town centre but still walkable. They have hot snacks after 8, which is generous. But I feel the hotel is understaffed maybe? There was no one to help to bring in the luggage when we arrived so we were struggling because one person need to take care of the child.
