服務非常滿意👍，前台小姐姐看到我帶個大孩子，免費為我升級大床房。房間乾淨整潔，出差買了羊肉，房間正好有冷藏冰箱。三樓健身室旁邊就是洗衣室，鍛鍊完後，正好衣服洗好。出門右轉900米，約13分鐘左右就可抵達金鳳區萬達廣場，購物，吃美食，看電影都很方便，樓下美食節，化粧，美髮，美睫，美甲都有。酒店的早餐很豐盛。如果趕着坐高鐵，希望提前40分鐘出發，以防高峯期出現堵車情況。

WWitidaWe came to Yinchuan to visit Helan Rock painting mountain an Xixia tomb so we didn't see downtown that much. The hotel is in the center of the district, near the drum tower, surrounded by stores and restaurants, easily to find everything you need. The staff of the hotel didn't speak English but they're polite and kind. On the day we checked out there's a misunderstanding: they said we had to pay them while we had already prepaid via TRIP.com. We showed them the receipt in Chinese but they couldn't find it in their system. After 15 mins they let us go. We confusedly contacted TRIP customer service and were informed clearly there's no problem at all with our payment. TRIP dealt with the hotel themselves. I wouldn't complain the hotel about this since such thing could happen but I suggest you to always keep the receipt in Chinese and contact TRIP customer service suddenly and let them deal with the hotel, especially if your train is about to leave the station :)

DDemusWhen I walked through the door I was immediately greeted with a warm welcome and offered refreshments. Both members who helped with the check-in process spoke English which was very helpful. Because my luggage was so heavy an employee escorted me to my room. My room was incredibly clean and even had extra sanitary items I could use to disinfect, im a bit OCD. The hotel had great food, both Chinese and western which was delivered to your room. There was also a gym stocked with all that you need to stay fit during your stay. There is an enormous lake just five minute walk with breathtaking views which can be seen with this review. My personal favourite part of my stay was their breakfast spread. Complete with pastries, omelets, breakfast cereals etc. If I find myself in Yinchuan again, this holiday express is where ill be staying.

IInvitéC'est le premier vin de ce voyage, un représentant de la population de haut niveau; le service est attentif; la restauration est très éloignée, le vignoble est très chaud autour de l'hôtel, il y a un feu de feu de nuit, les enfants aiment très bien.
L'accent est mis sur le vin rouge, le stockage sous terre, la consommation d'électricité est plus élevée; le marquage d'argent est bon, le tannin est doux, les fruits noirs sont parfumés, le 1.5 heures après l'ouverture, il est toujours bon, il n'y a pas de goût de vin plat.

衞生：到店後發現真的跟圖片是一樣的，很乾凈，沒有任何異味，窗户也是可以打開的，這點對於帶孩子的真的很重要
服務：到達酒店後，接待我們的Doris（馬燕）親和力很強，又專業，溝通非常愉快，所以此處專程詢問了她的名字，一個好的前台接待員真的是給一個酒店首先帶來印象高分的因素👍
如果下次來銀川，這家還是我的首選，給整個旅途的情緒價值大大加分啦😁

TToken13Le personnel est super courtois. Ils essaient vraiment dur, même si parfois ils échouent. Ils ont oublié mon appel de secours à 6 h et à 6 h 17, dit que c'était mon deuxième appel de secours. J'ai demandé à rien de rencontrer le premier.
La piscine était magnifique! La nourriture au restaurant chinois aussi.

FFALtravelL'hôtel est très confortable et très confortable. J'ai expliqué ma situation et la dame de la réception m'a dit qu'il n'y avait aucune chambre à l'hôtel. Puis j'ai vu la disponibilité sur trip.com puis M.Brook à la réception m'a beaucoup aidé à assurer ma même chambre. C'était une grande aide pour moi. Merci à M. Brook pour votre solution.
La nuit, j'ai commandé un tiramisu, mais le restaurant m'a dit qu'ils étaient en stock.
Vous devriez certainement essayer la soupe d'ovins.

UUtilisateur anonymeL'hôtel est un hôtel 4 étoiles et les installations sont typiques de ces hôtels en Chine - très bon. Il est possible de stocker gratuitement votre bagage avant de vous rendre à l'intérieur et après avoir vérifié. L'hôtel est très proche du centre-ville, mais il n'y a pas trop de choses à faire. Globalement, une bonne valeur pour l'argent, surtout parce que les hôtels moins chers ne semblent pas accepter les étrangers.

SSam / 山姆the bad things: the room had a horrible durian smell, some guests brought it in maybe, guests should not be allowed to bring that fruit to the hotel. the smell was very very strong and I couldn't sleep because of it, the hotel doesn't provide shampoo or body wash bottles, instead they give you a small amount in a small mineral water bottle, there is little to no amenities, only toothbrush, the electric kettle is also dirty.
The good things: overall clean room, has a big window, good view and is close to the center of the city, bed is comfortable, the lighting is good. fast check in and check out. the room isn't too small, it's an okay size. Has TV, works well.
Recommend for one to two nights stay, no more.
