I had the best stay at this hotel! It's like the best service I've ever encountered in china. Staff were really helpful, responsive and kind from the receptionist to the cleaning ladies and the drivers. My kids and family fell ill when we arrived, so really thankful for the staff they even helped to cook porridge for my kids as they wasn't able to eat well. Big thank to cleaning aunties, receptionist, hotel staff and the drivers who sent and picked us. Oh and not to forget the rooms and the whole ambience was really nice too. Everything was clean and with smart features

I had a wonderful stay at Yixing Loong retreat xishan hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location is 15 minutes drive from the main town, which the serenity of the area is definitely worthwhile! Highly recommended, I’d definitely come back!

本次入住龍隱溪山酒店三天兩晚，本來預訂了兩個標間，管家知道我們帶了小朋友有拼床需求後給我們升級到了景觀房，景色一流👍
房間雅緻，智能控制方便，床品各方面也很舒適
用餐的話酒店旁邊就是龍隱溪山餐廳，菜品都很不錯，入住期間基本都在這裏用餐，性價比很高
酒店自帶泳池，小朋友一天去兩趟玩的很開心😄説下次還要再來住這個酒店
酒店座落於雅達溪山小鎮景區內，晚飯後在小鎮散散步，看看晚上的音樂燈光噴泉秀，很愜意
總的來説是一次非常滿意的家庭度假出遊👍

酒店在景區中，周邊景觀非常漂亮舒心，很適合度假，心情愉悦放鬆，酒店房間寬敞明亮，乾淨整潔温馨，不僅有免費飲料等，還有豐富水果，非常注意細節服務。酒店工作人員非常熱心熱情，餐廳的早餐豐富好吃，晚餐在中餐廳點菜很入味，非常滿意的入住體驗。

酒店位於度假區內，自駕車子無法直達酒店，停在停車場會有酒店接駁車接送，也很方便。酒店整體是中式花園，非常美，有贈送旅拍，喜歡拍照的小夥伴可以預約。服務非常好，管家很貼心，有需要微信直接溝通。餐廳很棒，菜品不得不説是真的好吃，記得在酒店預約。總體來説很適合度假，如果不是太熱了可以好好逛逛，下次再來，體驗不同的房型。

我們是從窯湖小鎮過來，本來衹定了一天，但到了後很喜歡這酒店寧靜的環境，充滿了園林設計感，房間的落地窗就是風景，“開門見山”。
第一天酒店還送旅拍，一開始沒在意，沒準備什麼漂亮衣服就沒有期望值很高，攝影師拍了有半個小時吧，他會指導動作和提醒體態……結果真沒想到，非常地出片，攝影師很專業很會捕捉神態，太有水準啦。贈送四張，如果全部買下能便宜些就更完美了。
酒店的硬件和設計都能看出對顧客的各種用心，大堂有我們每次經過都會去喝的百香果茶，有打卡送應季的小禮物……房間裏的功夫茶也很香，但是最值得稱讚的還不是硬件，是所有的服務讓人感覺很舒心！帶着長者和孩子出行各種方便，天很熱但去周邊玩一步路都不用走，門口一直都有短駁車候着。所以我果斷又續了一晚，第二天下午還給我們送來了咖啡。 大堂每個服務員都會耐心地幫解決問題，而且是很用心的服務。
打道回府的那天還送了一盒特產烏米，小驚喜。
我們的整體感覺，是這家酒店為這個小鎮帶來了客流，所有的細節服務能夠匹配所有的設計硬件。
給我們留下一次很好的旅行體驗。

入住前一天會有管家對接，告知停車位置，車不能開到酒店門口，但有接駁服務，隨叫隨到。如果行李不多，天氣好，完全可以步行，距離其實很近。酒店在景區內，環境很好，自帶中餐廳很不錯，性價比很高。房間能看到東坡閣，雨天出不去就坐在窗台下看看風景喝喝茶也很愜意。退房還有免費咖啡，伴手禮贈送。還有雨墨旅拍，酒店免費贈送四張精修圖，準時高效完成拍攝。

端午親子出行，可惜遇到雨天，但別有一番感覺，酒店像是隱世的大户人家，坐落在小鎮裏面，我們房定的晚，衹能訂到街景房，但很安靜，白天的窗外能看到煙霧繚繞的茶山，下着毛毛細雨，在房間裏喝喝茶，聽聽雨。孩子是六一過生日，酒店陳管家還貼心送了一個生日蛋糕，退房還送了烏米伴手禮，謝謝您的用心服務，孩子臨走也非常捨不得，説下回還來，對了，我們的房間送了雨墨旅拍，4張免費，正好帶孩子體驗了一下。

還是很超預期的，接近陽羨度假區就是撲面而來的景緻，進入酒店還是很驚艷的，每個角落都充滿設計感，很精緻，客房也是，超五星的配置，細節都做的很好，中餐廳的廚藝餐廳硬件都很匹配五星標準，酒店度假區中心，房源10公里都是山，綠色和氧氣都是滿滿的，超推薦。
