Avis : Comfort Hotel Yokohama Kannai

La chambre était très propre et bien rangée et suffisamment spacieuse. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très bon, il y a de nombreux magasins de proximité et restaurants en bas, et il est également proche du métro. L'enregistrement est très pratique et la réception vous aide à vous enregistrer sur la machine. La chambre était très calme pendant mon séjour, et c'est un hôtel non-fumeur avec une bonne qualité de l'air. Le petit déjeuner est simple et le temps de service est court. L'expérience globale du séjour a été excellente.

J'aime tellement cet hôtel... j'y retournerai la prochaine fois... mais l'heure de départ à 10 heures est un peu rapide... minuit sera le meilleur moment

Très proche de la ligne de métro (Google m'a indiqué la station Kannai et m'a indiqué une station plus proche). Le personnel n'est pas très bon en anglais, mais leur service est excellent. Il suffit d'utiliser un traducteur pour vous aider. La nourriture est également bonne. N'oubliez pas de manger avant 9h40. J'oublie presque que l'heure limite pour libérer la chambre est 9h40 et non 10h (vous pouvez prendre votre petit-déjeuner puis retourner à la chambre si vous préférez vous lever tard). Les installations sont également bonnes 👍 et il y a un espace de travail dans le hall. Je donne 10/10, car je ne sais pas, car je suis satisfait de notre problème et ils ont résolu les problèmes que j'ai rencontrés avec d'autres personnes. Lol

J'ai réservé une chambre d'hôtel pendant les fêtes et j'ai été facturé 190 USD. Le mobilier et les équipements de la chambre sont vieux et semblent avoir au moins 20 ans. La chambre était froide, même avec le chauffage central allumé, et la connexion Wi-Fi était instable. Il y avait également une tache brune (café ?) sur le rideau de jour et le rideau de nuit ne pouvait pas être complètement fermé. Je recommande cette source pour les nombreux hôtels des environs et je pourrais probablement trouver une meilleure option.

The room was spacious and fully equipped. The breakfast was also very delicious. I booked and checked in on the same day, and the price was cheap and reasonable.

Superb experience for a bargain price, in a super-central location. The Blue line (Yokohama subway) is one block away and other lines aren't much further. Neat and tidy rooms and a fantastic buffet breakfast await. I have traveled all over Japan and can't remember a better experience, especially for the money. The sun-soaked daytime 'Library Cafe' caps it off to provide a Zen-like space to get work done or relax with a complimentary coffee.

The location is in the center of Yokohama however the space of room is very tiny and the parking might be full and you have to go somewhere else. The staff there are very nice.

Location is good, close to China town and not far from the waterfront. There are plenty of convenient store nearby. Staff is very helpful. However, amenities seem to be old and aesthetically not the best.

Clean and compact room as expected in Japan. Breakfast and lift area always crowded due to the limited spaces. Great varieties of food and drinks available for breakfast. Convenient location, within walking distance to Kannai station. Amenities eg. face cleanser, razor etc. are provided at the lobby.

We had a very comfortable stay.. the room was clean and had enough space for a family of four.. the staff was very nice and polite.. what i loved the most is the free breakfast. They had too many breakfast option and the staff were all nice too.. and the place is absolutely great.. almost walking distance to almost everything

You may not easy to park inside the hotel carpark as it is limited, but nearby has several carpark also available.

The hotel is in an excellent location, close to many tourist attractions in the area, making it possible to visit several of them on foot. Although there are few parking spaces available, the hotel has partnerships with nearby parking lots for overnight stays, with very reasonable rates. The room cleanliness would have been excellent if it weren’t for the dust on the curtains. My son touched the curtain, which triggered our rhinitis, and we had to take antihistamines in order to sleep comfortably. Breakfast is good, but on our second and last day, which was a Saturday, it was chaotic. There were long lines, and it was not possible to serve ourselves more than once. Since the tray is not large enough and many items ran out quickly, we did not eat as well as we did on the previous day.

The hotel is not bad. I have stayed at other branches of the Comfort hotel chain before, but the one seems a bit older. There is a high step to get into the bathroom, which is a bit dangerous, and the bathroom ceiling is a bit low. For reference, I'm 1.66 m. Breakfast is decent, but dishes repeat every 2 days or so, and it can get very crowded as the dining area is small. The free drinks are a nice touch. Good area room stay in. Port, park, stadium, Chinatown, redbrick warehouse, etc. are all in walkable distance. There are decent food options around as well. The staff are nice and helpful! They even tucked my soft toy in while tidying the room :)
