Restez avec ma famille et nous sommes heureux d'avoir séjourné ici, très pratique pour tout (emplacement, transports, restaurants, centre de jeux, musées, etc.) et nous nous sommes amusés.

Excellent hôtel, personnel très serviable. La seule chose négative que je puisse dire, c'est que la chambre était très petite, je suis sûr qu'ils ont des chambres plus grandes, peut-être que je n'ai pas remarqué la taille de la chambre lors de ma réservation. Le petit déjeuner était excellent, même si nous étions en retard après 9 heures du matin, ce que nous n'avions pas réalisé, c'est qu'au Japon, la plupart des endroits où le petit déjeuner se termine à 9 heures du matin, contrairement à 10 heures aux États-Unis. L'emplacement est idéal, juste à côté de la rivière et à distance de marche de la télécabine et de la grande roue. La vue depuis la salle du petit déjeuner est impressionnante, avec vue sur toute la beauté magnifique. Profitez de Yokohama. J'ai adoré cette ville.

We are here for 3 nights. This hotel has a very good location, close to Sakuragicho JR and metro station. Close to activities and attractions nearby. Room is not as big as we expected. However, the view from the window is great. Highly recommended if you are visiting Yokohama.

We stayed for the firework on NYE and this hotel delivered!! (Although I did go to the pier to enjoy it with the crowd). This hotel is located above Cross Gate which is a 3-4 level mall mainly of restaurants. I missed the info that they have a car park right under the building so I parked for an hour outside but that's fine. I wish it was multiple entries though. Car park is definitely challenging for bigger cars but manageable. Back to the hotel, it's typical Japanese size or even smaller if it's a two bed room. Breakfast was proper buffet style and I mean the room can fit maybe 30-40 tables if not more so you can imagine their offering is superb in both western and Japanese style. My only regret is I was too tired to walk and try each plate they offer!! Room is tiny but it can be excused by the view. Although I saw some constructions starting so the view might be blocked next time I come :( The only concern I had is that some lifts can connect to the mall bypassing the reception. So literally anyone could arrive to your door, which caught me by surprise a little.

The hotel staff and facilities are quite good. The view is wonderful.

The hotel location is good for going anywhere and near all types of train. Room is clean and fast check out.

Room just a bit small. Staff are friendly. Very generous with unlimited face mask, foot patch, bath salt and quality toiletries items.

Location is definitely the best thing about this hotel. It’s close to the Cup Noodle Museum and World Porters Mall which is just a 15 minutes walk. You can also take the Sky Cabin back from World Porters to right across the hotel at night which takes 3 minutes. Close to 2 metro stations and is in a very quiet, family friendly neighborhood. Room is small typical to Japanese hotels in this price range so that is the only down side. But is still a great hotel all in all and the staffs are nice! Would recommend.

We stayed at a family room with four beds. The central heating system is quite hot during winter. The breakfast however is very impressing with sashimi. The location is great next to a station and a big shopping mall.

Convenient location very near to Sakuragicho Station and Minato Mirai tourist area. Luggage storage in hotel is in a dedicated access area using QR code and PIN, a very good feature of this hotel which helps to keep the reception clear for check-in.

Malinis,convenient may convenience store sa baba tsaka self check in and check out mabilis lang. and kompleto sa amenities and also walking distance lang ang train station😍❤️

Book quad room, a bit sqeueze. No room to open luggage for 4 pax. The extra bed is occupying the floorspace. Distance wise, very convenient to sakuragicho station.
