This is the second time i checked in here and brought my mom and my child for my moms birthday. And i was really really disappointed the room is smaller than expected and than shown in the picture and the room is really stuffy and i was sneezing the first night couldn’t sleep well. I thought because i slept with my hair wet but when i woke up the next morning oh my gosh it was so dusty!!!!! And i asked if i could change room and they did transfer us to another room but it was still dusty! I was still sneezing. I don’t understand because the last time i checked in i didn’t have this problem and had a good experience. I was so disappointed and also there was this one staff that hung up on me maybe because i couldn’t understand what she was saying… there was also hair in fhe bathroom where we got transfered to. I wish they learn from this and become better. It’s a nice hotel but it was dirty and stuffy. Smells like cigarretes too it was concerning because i was with my child.

回東京的途中打算在橫濱住一夜，一房難求，best western訂好後攜程烏龍給我訂成功一間，失敗一間，一家人分了2家酒店住，25樓景觀還行，客房設施比較舊，晚上刷手機才發現當天是Eason演唱會，難怪人超多＋五一黃金週。第二天退房後到樓下711買了泡麪，發現不提供熱水，讓我們回房間泡熱水，但是房卡已經歸還了。問前台能不能提供一杯熱水給孩子吃個泡麪，早飯沒吃，告訴我不行，不能提供熱水。好的，服務分就扣這裏吧

半額で高層階の部屋を案内していただきました。 37階で駅とみないみらいが眺められ、とても綺麗な夜景を眺めました。 またリーズナブルに宿泊できたらと思います。

横浜アリーナを利用する際に宿泊させていただきました。駅も横浜アリーナもすぐ近くでとても綺麗な場所でした！ また利用したいです
